AN FRIENDS IM BACK ITS A MIRACLE Shoutout to my wife Kali for teaching me how to add a description to the story. Anyway, yes! Good job Chloe! You updated! So proud! Hey look it's even a kinda long chapter! Love you all xxx

The cafeteria went completely silent. It was weird, seeing a large group of Grade 12 students completely silent; then again, food was on the line. More specifically, a suspiciously small-looking portion of greasy, limp, hot chips, which didn't look enough to feed one table. And since the director had just proposed to pick the quietest table to eat first, and the only other food options were Spam and a 'stew' which had been made by a particularly bitchy camp counsellor, the ingredients of which she proudly announced included pork, steak, chicken, apple, sultanas, bananas, a variety of vegetable, and tomato sauce.

Troye looked away from the food and found his eyes resting on Tyler. They'd been in different groups for the last activity, and Troye wondered what Tyler's group had been doing. Tyler suddenly made eye contact with him, looking at Troye with an unreadable expression. Troye raised his eyebrows at him innocently, and Tyler responded with a sassy look that Troye could easily read as 'What do you want?' Troye looked from side to side, discreetly pointing to himself.

'Who, me?'

 'You were checking me out.'

 'Yeeaah... Suuure...'

'What do you want from me?'

Troye could see Tyler restraining from breaking into a smile. Troye wiggled his eyebrows at Tyler, simultaneously looking him up and down. 'Ya body.' Tyler let out a loud giggle, which he awkwardly covered with a cough when he felt the eyes of the cafeteria on him.

Tyler looked at Troye again to see him sporting a full-blown smirk, which Tyler returned with a 'Laugh all you want.' look. Their silent conversation was interrupted by an announcement from the camp director.

"Okay..." The entire cafeteria seemed to hold it's breath. "Teachers first."

The cafeteria erupted in groans and outraged remarks, and of course, Tyler ended up dead first in line. He walked cockily back to the table, silently gloating at Troye over his bowl of chips. Suddenly he tripped over his own feet, sending his tray flying and himself sprawling to the ground. Troye's stomach plummeted for a split second, uncertain of whether Tyler was okay or not, but his fear quickly turned to relief and hysterical laughter when Tyler stood up. His chips were on the floor and his orange juice had ended up all over his shirt, and he was shooting Troye killer glares at every available opportunity. He sat down awkwardly, graciously accepting Zoe's offer to share her lunch, still blushing furiously. He glanced away briefly to make sure no one was looking before flashing Troye both his middle fingers and proceeding to spend the rest of lunch death glaring him.

"Alright, everyone listen up!" The camp director waited for a moment as the noise faded to a dull mumble. "You have free time for the rest of the afternoon. No girls in boys cabins, no boys in girls cabins, no sex, no fires, no graffiti, no drugs, no alcohol, no leaving the camp ground. Run rampant."

Tyler glared at Troye for a moment more before standing abruptedly and walking out the door, flustered and pissed off. Troye didn't even think before standing and following him out of the door. Troye shivered in the cool air, the fading sun casting long shadows that crisscrossed the ground. He checked both ways before seeing the back of Tyler's jumper diseappering in the direction of their cabin.

Troye opened the door to see Tyler lying diagonally across his bed. Tyler sat up instantly upon noticing Troye, seeming surprisingly unsurprised to see him.
