The Chupacabra

Chapter 13: The Chase Is On

Koki and Jimmy Z continue to drive in the Creaturra as the sun has finally disappeared and the sky was becoming dark. The vehicle headlights were the only thing to light their destination back to their group. The two have finally gotten what they were looking for and they couldn't wait to go back to the Tortuga. As they continue to drive, their creature pad begins to get a call.

"Koki, Jimmy, are you coming back already?" asked Aviva in the creature pad.

"Yeah we're good," replied Koki with her creature pad. "What did you guys do while we were away?"

"I was helping the Kratt brothers just their creature suits and chooses which creature feats would be help to stop against the Chupacabra.'

"Well then, we have already by some fruits and vegetables to eat, but we also got some items to use against that monster like traps."

"That's great," said Aviva before she hung up.

The two Wild Kratt members continue to drive in the deserted road. They look around the dark area, which was almost pitch black. Jimmy Z didn't feel too comfortable being here in the dark night. The moon wasn't up yet so there was no light source other than the headlights. As they continue to drive, something just past by then in front of the vehicle. Koki quickly hit the brakes as she didn't want to crash to whatever past them.

The Creaturra stop in the middle of the road as the two crew members were looking around the area. They brought out their creature pad to turn their light mode to search around the area.

"What was that Koki?" asked Jimmy Z, terrified of what is happening right now.

"I don't know Jimmy Z, but we need to keep moving," replied Koki as she start the vehicle and continue to drive off.

As they continue drive, a tire was pop. They both look back to see the left back tire was deflated. They look at each other and then look forward to see the Chupacabra ahead of them. Koki turned to turn away, but the Creaturra flip to the side and past the monster. The vehicle slide off the road and stop. Koki and Jimmy Z was pile together on the sand ground. They look at the damaged vehicle and they begin to crawl out of the Creaturra. They look around to see the Chupacabra approaching them. Jimmy Z was about to run off in a panic, but Koki hold him.

"No you can't or else it will chase you. We need to think of something," whispered Koki as they hide behind the damaged vehicle.

"What can we do?" asked Jimmy Z as he feels like running away as soon as possible, but he can't leave Koki.

The two look at the damaged vehicle to see the net they got. The Chupacabra was beginning to approach the damaged vehicle. It looks at the damaged and went down to see no human in the seats or no trace of humans. It got back up and looks up to see a net coming to it. The net got on the monster as it fell to the ground. Koki and Jimmy Z begin to run away as the Chupacabra attempt to get the net off it. Koki pull out her creature pod and begin to call the rest of the group.

"We need help! We have been targeted by the Chupacabra!"

Back in the Tortuga, Chris and Martin were trying to figure out which disc they could use now knowing they could use any creature disc. Aviva was busy trying to figure out which creature disc she could use for her creature power suit when her creature pad begins to ring. She answers the pad to hear Koki's worried voice.

"Wild Kratts, we need help! The Chupacabra has found us and is staring to chase us. We need help!"

Aviva couldn't believe that the monster found Koki and Jimmy Z. She needs to go out before she will lose other love ones from the monster while Chris and Martin didn't notice her leaving.
