Blue's POV
That was our 5th period, so next we would go to lunch but Nuuuuuuu Kayla just haaaddd to point out that I have recently gotten my hair trimmed and that I looked like a run over donkey. She laughed as she ran off with her 'bestie' Marley.

  {time skip after school ends}

Nova and I end up walking to my house because it's Friday and we have nothing better to do.

"What time is it?" Nova asked looking down at her phone.

"About 2:45." I say starring at my black Converse. I feel my legs get heavier each step I took, weighing myself down as we approached my house.

The house was a light gray, with two dark blue vehicles on the paved driveway.

I pull out my house key as we walk through the weedy grass. "I have a lot of homework today." Nova says stuffing her phone in her pocket.

"Yeah, me too."

I place my key into the lock and twist it clockwise, lunging forward when the door opens and I see my bother standing there.

"Hi, Jason." I greet him pulling my house key out of the lock.

"Hey, can you please clean up the dog piss, Gypsy peed again?" He says stepping away so Nova and I could come in.

"Yeah, just lemme put my stuff down." I say walking in, looking back at Nova.

We both walk down the small hallway to my room. I open my door, moving my hanging beads above my door.

We both walk in dropping our backpacks on the light brown hard wood floors. I quickly walk out, grabbing the paper towels and pet spray.

I open the door to the bathroom and kneel down next to the small puddle of piss and rip a paper towel off of the roll, spraying the puddle with the clear spray bottle.

After that I washed my hands and headed over to my room where I found Nova on the floor criss cross with a mathbook on her lap.

I plop down next to her, when my heavy shoes hit the wood floor it makes a loud noise for a second.

I reach for my Twenty One Pilots backpack. I pull out my science book, flipping through the thin papers, studying the easy information.

My phone buzzes.

I pick up my phone to see a text from my mum.

Mum🤗: Heyyy 👋👋👋

Blue✌️: Hello, mum!!

Mum🤗: Watcha doin'?

Blue✌️: Homework🙃

Mum🤗: Awe, ok. Knock your HW out!

Blue✌️: Okieeeeeee. Talk to ya later fren!

Mum🤗: Kk

I smile at my phone and put it down next to me, focusing on my science.

Sorry I haven't uploaded in a while, I'll try not to procrastinate so much!
