You'll step across her threshold
And walk away unscarred and free
The worst is that you'd stir up a national debate
Maybe even cause a social media sceneThere'll be a photo of you on Facebook
And watch the comment section flood
With curses of rage condemning you to hell
And perhaps for you that's the hardest partWhat is worse are the comments

But i suppose you'll agree with them
And maybe even believe its you being finally heardAnd why would you need to feel an ounce of guilt
For what you did and what what will continue to grow
When society's got your back, justifying your deeds
So you can do it again until you've crushed and ruined many moreThey'll tell you its okay
That the neck of her top was too low
And that her pants were a little too short
Or that too much of her skin was on showThey'll ask us to see things from your point of view
And how you only gave into a temptation
And that it was mostly her fault—
That she contributed to her lifelong damnation°°°
