Ally POV.

I stare and stare. It doesn't do anything. Obviously it wasn't going to I mean it's an object, it will never move.

It's stays there. Mocking me.

I stay seated and watch it -not that it was ever going to move even if I did.

That letter I received a few days ago still sits where I last placed it.

I never touched it but two days later and it's bothering me.

I want to know what's in there?

Who sent it?

Why I got one?

I have never gotten a letter before not since I was a child.

~ flash back ~

I rushed to the mail box. I was so excited. It was my first letter. My first of many I was hoping.

The letter wasn't from anyone far away but my 8 year old self thought getting a letter from anyone even if it was your own brother is special. Especially if it was your first ever letter.

Dear Ally,

I hope you had a nice day at school!

I have a surprise for you!

Not only this letter but something else!

Today at school we were in English and we had to write a story about the person who you loved the most in your life.

Guess who I wrote about?

Not mum.

Not dad.

Ally it's you!

Love Alex

P.s. sorry that I couldn't write more but I think we will be sending many more letters x

The rest of the day I couldn't stop smiling. It was a good day.

~flash back over ~

But those letters didn't last long. Soon a letter everyday turned into a letter every week to once a month then eventually me just sending letters. Then I stopped.

Is Alex the one?
