Lili continued to lead Gilbert through the house giving him the grand tour, while Vash decided to go back to bed. They stopped when they reached the guest room.
"Here's your room, Gilbert. You will find towels under the sink." Lili said releasing his hand.
"Thank you Lili." Gilbert said and then pulled her to him and kissed the top of her head."Thank you for being so kind when no one else would."
"I. Uh. Your welcome." Lili mumbled blushing and took a step back.
"Kese kese kese. Your so innocent. Kese kese." Gilbert laughed and then his bird, Gilbird, flew out from his pocket. Gilbird landed on Lili's shoulder. "No. Gilbird come." Gilbird didn't move. "I'm sorry Lili."
"No, Gilbert it's fine. I like Gilbird. He's so adorable." Lili said pulling Gilbird from her shoulder so she could pet him. Gilbert blushed when she handed Gilbird back. "I'm going back to bed now. Good night. Oh and Gilbert. You should sleep too. You look tired."
While Lili vanished to her room Gilbert whispered, "Night Lili." And then turned to his room and fell onto the bed and drifted into a steady sleep.
