Chapter 6- All I Want

Aiden's POV:

Love? Could I really love Naty? I mean why couldn't I? She is a beautiful lady. Any guy would be lucky to have her as a mate. If her mate didn't value her then why shouldn't I give it a try? How hard can it be? Not that hard, or at least I don't think it is.

Naty. Naty. Naty. Naty...

That's all I can think about. What is she doing right now? Is she going into labor?  How is the baby? Would she let me call the baby mine? Would the baby carry my last name? Could she ever love me? 

"Aiden!"

"What? What's wrong?"

"Nothing, you just zoned out and I've been calling your name for the last 10 minutes"

"Oh, well I'm not going to say I'm sorry, cause, well, I'm not."

"Of course you aren't. After all you are the alpha."

I growled at that. Of course I'm not going to say sorry, cause i never do. Unless i have done smething truely teribble. In which I haven't.

"There you go again, man, what has your mind all bothered up. You never act like this. Ever since Naty came into our lives you have change a lot."

"I...I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm just worried of Naty. What if her old pack wants her back? What if they try to fight for her? What if her mate wants her back? What if she still loves him? What if she goes back with him and have their baby? What if..." Before I could continue my rant, Jake slapped his hand on my mouth. Normally, I would've gotten upset about this, but since he is my Beta, and like a brother to me, I didn't.

"Tha's your problem. Your head is filled up "What if's" nonsense. If you continue down this path, you are soon going to turn into a mad caveman.!" I looked at him with the stupidest face ever. How in the world did he become my Beta? I don't even know.

"Look man, all I'm saying is, ask the girl out. You have nothing to loose. Or at least I don't think you do. Just give it a try. If something goes wrong, just pretend it never happened, Problem solved." If it wasn't for Jake I would be so lost at this "dating stuff". He should be a consouler instead of my Beta.

"Thanks dude. I don't know what i would do without you." I siad as I patted him in the back.

"You would probably end up like a loner with 10 cats watching horror love tragic movies for the rest of your life. He said woth a smile plastered in his face.

"You and I both know that that would never happen." I said with a grin in my face.

"I wouldn't be so sure Mr.I-Know-Everything-About-Love. So, are you going to ask her?" Should I ask her out? I won't have nothing to loose, will I? I think I'll give it a try.

"Yeah....I think I will." I couldn't help but to smile as I said thos words.

"That's my bro. I'm so proud of you." And with that, he left me with my own thoughts and doubs.

Nothing bad will happen, right?

        I am TRULEY SORRY!!! I haven't update in a LONG time. But guess what?!?! So school is OVER!!! YAY!!! Know what that means?....It means.....I can update more often!! YAY!!  I'm going to concentrate on my story now. I'm so happy. You know the drill. If you have any comments or suggestions, dont hesitate on contacting me through Kik, Instagram, Facebook, or DM me. I hope ya are liking it so far. I'll try to update at least 2 chapters a night. Well when I can :D hehe. But I should be able at least update on Saturdays, or Sundays. I'll also make it a great chapter.
