Will You Be Mine?

Chapter 15

                              Hilary's P.O.V.

"Stacy, can you please play measure 5 to 7." Mr. Holt asked

Stacy is a good saxophone player but on this song we are doing is not the easiest. It's called 'Havendance'.

"So Hilary are you and Ben dating?" Ella asked

"What? Why would you even ask that?" 

"Well it sure seems like it because you guys were seen at the mall together, he came and got you from school, and you guys were at dinner last night." She said

How did she know about last night?

"Ok well the mall that was something my mom set up. I didn't even know who took me to my house when I was here because whoever it was, was already gone. And dinner last night, where did you get that idea from?" I said

No way was I telling her anything.

  "You're lying." She said

"Whatever you-"

I was cut off by a knock on the door.

Oh please no.

"I'll get it." Ella said

"Hi, is it ok if we come in?" Someone asked

"Yeah." She re-plied

I didn't see them walk in because I had my head down.

This is not good.

"Hi I'm Erin and this is Blake." Erin said

"Welcome. I hope you have had a good day here so far." Mr. Holt said

"Yes thank-you."

"Okay guys just listen to them and they will take your pictures." Mr. Holt said

I wish he was the kind of teacher that said that no one was allowed to come in here.

"If we could have you guys line up by the wall that would be great thanks." Everyone but me got up.

"Hilary, come on." Ella said

Oh great, thanks Ella.

Might as well now since I got sold out.

I reluctantly got up and made my way over there.

When I got there I saw that Erin and Blake were staring at me and Erin was smiling at me like he had got the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

"I want the girls in front and the guys in back." Blake said

"You should stand by me." Ella said

"Um, no thanks." I said as I walked to the other end.

"We will be right back. Excuse us." Erin said as they walked away.

This is so not my day. I have to get out of here before they take any pictures.

Well it's a good thing that Mr. Holt's office is just a few feet away. I can make it.

"Mr. Holt do I have to be in the picture? I really don't want to." I said

"Well if you really don't want to then I guess not. I think that everyone would like you to be." He said not really looking up from his computer. 

"I don't want to. Can I use the bathroom?"

"Yeah."

"Can I go through your door? They are talking by the band doors and I don't want to be rude and go by them."
