I don't really do this, but shoutout to @camrynnmae. She is super nice and gave me an idea for this chapter.
After last nights events, Juggie and Archie brought me back to Archie's place. We managed to sneak in without Fred knowing, or so they. Juggie told me that the drive-in had closed last week, which is where he had been staying. Archie found out he was sleeping in the school, so he offered him the garage."I have an idea." I announce. Fred had left earlier this morning for work, and today was Saturday so there was no school. Me and the entire Scooby gang are sitting around the table. "I want to go see Cheryl."
"No." Juggie says. "If Clifford knew you were back-"
"But he already knows." Veronica interjects. "He followed her to Sweetwater River. It's obvious she's back in town. I say it's a good idea."
"Thank you."
"But only after we get you to a doctor." I groan, but know she's right.
"Where am I going to find a doctor that won't tell my father I'm actually in Riverdale?"
"I think I know a place." Betty speaks up.
~
"You've got to be kidding me." I say to Betty as we step out of the car. "What the hell kind of place is this? It looks like morgue. Or a place where people go when they hate their lives and want to die." Veronica snickers at my comment, ignoring Betty's glare.
"This is Sister's of Quiet Mercy. I called earlier and they said they could help us."
"How in the world did you hear about this place?" Betty shuffles uncomfortably at my question.
"Polly went here over the summer. After events during the school year, my parents sent her here to get better."
"Wait, by events, are you talking about when Cheryl and I-" she nods, and I frown. I grab her hand, preventing her from walking away from me. "Betty, I'm truly sorry for how I treated the both of you. There's no excuse for what I've done, but I hope someday you're able to forgive me." Betty smiles at me.
"I already have." The three of us head into the building, and I grip onto their hands.
A lady at the front desk leads us into a dimly lit room, informing us that someone will be in shortly. The new lady arrives quickly. At first I thought she was nice, but the disapproving glance she gives me proves otherwise. She tells me to lie down on the bed, and I hesitantly do so. She lifts my shirt up, just enough to see my stomach. With these stressful months, I haven't realized how big it's gotten. A bump, barely large enough to stretch my loose shirt, appears before me. As much as I don't want to, I can't help but to tear up. This is Jason and mines baby, our child. Not even born yet so beautiful and perfect.
"Would you like to know the sex?" I bring myself to nod. "Congratulations, you're having a boy." This time I do cry. I can see him so clearly already. Jason's brilliant red hair, my dark blue eyes, freckles dancing across his cheeks. He's so beautiful, and I haven't even seen him yet. Betty and Veronica wrap their arms around me, letting me cry on their shoulders. The door bursts open, and I briefly see a flame of red hair before the person's arms are replacing Betty and Veronica's.
"Cheryl." I croak. I grip onto her tighter, burying my head into shoulder. "I missed you so much." She pulls away, a smile resting on her red lips.
"I thought you were dead. They found your body. But when Betty called me, I immediately rushed over." We embrace again, holding even tighter than before. "How's the baby? Is it okay?"
"He's fine."
"He?" I nod, and she cheers. "He's going to be so beautiful, I can see him now." She takes notice of my sadness, and gasps. "Oh my gosh. Jason, he's really gone, isn't he?" She takes my silence as her answer, and breaks down into tears.

Jughead and Archie enter the bar, Archie becoming fearful and moving closer to his friend. Jughead notices this and suppresses the urge to roll his eyes. One glare from him and the gang members turn the other way, they're smart enough to know not to mess with him. A man walks down the stairs, tensing up when he spots the teens. He makes his way to them, leading them back outside.
"What do you two think you're doing?" He questions.
"We know Davvy's alive." Jughead whispers to his dad. "We know you helped her escape."
"Then what're you doing here?"
"She doesn't want to go to the police, but they don't have any leverage. Jason's dead, she doesn't need to hide in fear worried that if she tells the truth they'll hurt him." Archie speaks up.
"Yeah, and what do you want me to do? Davina doesn't listen to me, she never has, never will. She's a free spirit, she'll do what she wants." FP tells the boys.
"The building she was trapped in, didn't they have any security cameras?" FP nods his head. "You can get the tape, and we can turn it in. Clifford and Harold will go to jail, she'll be safe."
"No." Jughead recoils, shocked by his dad's response.
"Why not? We'll have evidence!" Archie argues.
"Because you don't have the right information. The tape would work, but you're wrong, Clifford and Harold do have leverage. And as soon as they hear the sirens, they'll have someone take care of it for them."
"Are you talking about that baby?"
"No." Davina had told her uncle when he rescued her about her child, he was shocked to say the least. "Jason's not dead. He's alive."
Dun dun dunnnnnnn
