They said he was a fool
Even when he played cool
They said he was lost
Crashing his hope whatever cost
They left him in the darkness
Living with his sadness
Breaking in the shadows
Stumbling in his sorrows
But he kept walking in the street
Fighting their greed
His fate was bound
And no mercy was found
So he sealed the deal
And grew a heart of steel. They said she was a sinner
And made her life bitter
They asked why the tears
But didn't mind causing some fears
They said she was a waste
Proofing there lack of taste
She was chuckled
With chaines that tackled
She hide her scars
By raising some bars
Her dreams were shattered
And she was even battered
So she sealed the deal
And grew a heart of steel.
