Jay and Cole were in their now shared room, cuddling each other on Cole's bed.

"Heh, so now that we're a thing, when are we going to tell the others?" Cole asked Jay.

"Well, I'm not sure yet. We still have to tell our parents as well." Jay said. He noticed Cole's silence and knew something was wrong.

"What is it……?"

"It's nothing. Just kinda spaced out." Cole shrugged.

"Cole, c'mon, I know something's up." Jay held onto Cole's hands, squeezing them ever so slightly.

"It's my dad. He's........homophobic. I never really thought of myself as gay so he might not approve of us being together."

"Oh....." Jay said a bit sadly.

"But doing worry! I will stay with you even if he doesn't approve." Cole pecked Jay's cheek and smiled.

They eventually got out of their room and started "training" in the gaming room.

"Hey Cole, heads up!" Cole's characters ducked around to see a zombie heading towards him. Cole started shooting at it, killing it almost instantly.

"Thanks! You got one flanking on your right, Jay." Cole pointed out.

"AHhHHHhHhH!!! COOOOLE!" Jay's character was quickly losing health as a mob had surrounded him.

"Hold on, I got you Bluebell." Cole aided towards Jay and started rapidly firing the creatures. Cole then healed Jay, making their way over to their checkpoint.

A bright "Level Complete!" covered the screen in big, blocky, red letters.

"Yes! Finally!" Jay shouted at the screen.

"Speak for yourself, I did all the work!" Cole chuckled at Jay being excited.

Nya saw the whole thing walking past them from her room. She knew Jay and Cole were getting closer than ever, she thought they were probably the best of friends now.

But she admitted to herself that she was a bit jealous. She wanted to have that kind of attention. Even if Jay and her were best friends, it wouldn't stop her. She let out a scowl and walked away.

Cole and Jay now sat on Cole's bed talking about stuff and then Come mustered up all his courage.

"Hey so um.....want to uh hang out at, like, a restaurant or something?" Cole said out of pure fear of being rejected.

"Are you asking me out on a date....?" Jay held in a chuckle.

"Don't judge me! I haven't asked anyone out in a long time!"

"So I'm guessing that that's a yes~?" Jay smirked.

Cole turned red, giving Jay his answer. Jay gave him a warm smile. He slipped his arms around Cole and hugged him.

"Of course, Cole. Don't be afraid to ask me anything." Jay snuggled his head into his chest. Cole hugged him back.

"Thanks Blueberry....." Cole put his head onto Jay's head and gave it a soft kiss. Jay instantly felt comfortable like this and dozed off to La la land.

Cole thought about how awkward the situation would be if only the guys saw them in this moment.....

A notification came from his phone, which was across from him on his nightstand. He sighed as he stretched his arm to it, careful not to disturb the sleeping bluejay.

At last he finally got it and saw he got a new message from Nya.

Wonder what she wants...... Cole thought to himself.

Cole sighed to himself.

She thinks I'm straight.....

He lied to cover it up. He lied about Jay. He couldn't stand it and held onto Jay slightly tighter to ease out his anger and stress.
