The strange pendant from my mother what happend to it? What was it? Why was it so special? All these questions left unanswered. Well here are the answers.
The Strange Pendant
Remember I told you I was traveling with Anna and Neko. I still am up untill this day, some day I might tell you about my adventures but not today. We'll sort of, remember my mothers pendant. That's what this is about. How about I start my story.
I was told my mother was wearing a strange pendant with a strange green stone in it. I wasn't told anymore details about that pendant. So I had no clues about it, I never got the chance to ask my mother. She never found it and I didn't know where to look. So I eventually forgot all about it. Remember that we all met again because of one quest this is that quest. The quest said we were supposed to escort a wagen full of provinsions and supplies from Neverwinter were we found to quest to Phandelin were we all met. We decided to take the High Road this time. On our way we found some dead horses we decided that I would go near to investigate because we were all suspicious of the horses, we thought it could be an trap. All I found when I inspected the horses was an empty map case and I found out the horses died of the arrows and that they hadn't been dead for long.
We then got attacked by a group of goblins there were four of them. Eventhough it was a suprise attack we weren't really suprised. We fought the goblins killed them all and went on to investigate further. When we moved on we found out we were at the Gragmaw Hideout we then went inside and I brutally pulverized/ murderd some wolves but I then made coffins for them and buried them there in the graves I dug. We then investigated the hall outside of the wolf room some more and there I found it. A green stone it didn't feel like an ordinary stone it had something special about it so I decided to take it with me. At the moment I didn't really think about it more, but now that I look back it kind of adds up.
Here's what I think. My mother lost the pendant it might have broke and then the stone fell out or someone took it out etc. Then someone might have takin it and lost it near Gragmaw Hideout or a goblin took it and lost it inside Gragmaw Hideout or anything in those directions. I now i'm not being clear but this is the part that I couldn't really figure out. But one way or another it ended up in Gragmaw Hideout and I found it there Pure luck (No god Neko). I don't think it's possible it's not my mothers stone because she said she carved my name into it and this stone clearly says Rune on it. And it has a green colour as I had been told it had so no mistakes there.
Now about it's power. Remember I was told it wasn't an ordinary or regular stone they didn't say what it was but I think I can think of something. So I thought about clues somewhere hidden in my story. These were the things I noticed:
*I look like my mother in hair and eye colour
*Someone mistook me for my mother
*Someone had to double check me not being a woman/ my mother
*My mother and I aren't as much alike character wise
*I am clearly a buffed man I was clearly born a male
*I don't really have a female voice such as my mothers
So I thought how could someone mistake me for a woman when I am so clearly not one. I thought about multiple options:
Number one: My mother likes to crossdress, but I don't really see her as such a type.
Number two: My mother and father are twins and look really alike so there mistaken for one another sometimes. Doesn't really make sense and I am a healthy child so they couldn't possible be twins.
Number three: My father likes to dress up as my mother from time to time so there confused a lot. I honestly don't think that's an option but you never know.
Number four: The stone has an magical ability such as Changing appearance or Face changing or Body switching.
But then I thought about it some more what if it could switch just your gender. That would explain everything from why the woman mistook me for my mother to the second conclusion and everything. That's my theory but i'm not sure yet I guess i'll just have to wait and see.
