" You need to put your whole body into it Kena. Stop relying on the strength in just your arms and start relying on your whole body." I have been training with Clint for about 5 hours now and i still have not landed a punch, a kick, anything on him. I'm the only one who has been getting hit and I am really irritated and sore right now. I let out a frustrated huff and plopped down on the bench.

" Well you need to remember that I am self taught in fighting, so me using all of my strength at the same time is probably not going to happen anytime soon." I took a few big swigs of water and walked back to the mat. Clint and I got into our stances and stood there glaring a each other for a while until he lunged at me. I turned to the left and put my back to him. I felt him running up behind me so I turned to my right and raised my arm like I was going to punch with my left, but dropped the arm quickly and swung at him with right at the same moment I dropped my left.

I hit the right part of his chest and staggered back a few feet then fell to the floor. I mentally high fived myself and did a happy dance. Clint sat up giving me an evil smirk that reminded me of Donovan's. He got up and started to run at me. I crouched down and flipped him over me making sure he landed on his back. I got up and ran to him. I sat on his legs with my knees on his arms. My left arm was across his chest holding him down with my right arm raised ready to punch him.

He looked at me impressed and shocked that I beat him and he said " See you can rely on all of your strength................. You just don't want to hurt anyone that is fighting on your side." I looked at him shocked and he said " I used to be there my self."
