A brief summary of the characters and what they look like.

Lizzie: 17. A self driven, ambitios, goal oriented girl who only wants to make it as a musician in life. She doesnt care what people think and will always be herself. She's the "dont judge me til' you know my story" type of girl. She's rebellious and will stop at nothing to follow her dreams. (think elizabeth gillies off victorious, with black hair).

Ari: 17. Lizzie's best friend. Shes spunky, optimistic, all smiles, and sometimes ditzy. However, shes always fun to be around and tries to see the positives in life. She never takes anything for granted and lives in the moment. She may be innocent and beautiful on the outside, but if you try her, shes like a vicious bull who hasnt eaten in weeks! (think ariana grande off victorious, except with brown hair).

Demi: 18. Lizzie's older, spoiled, and judgemental sister. She sides with her parents on everything, gets whatever she wants, and gets things handed to her. She's the favorite out of the two and their parents think lizzie should be more like her. They may not get along 95% of the time, but the other 5%, they actually do love each other to pieces DEEP down... (think demi lovato, with dark brown hair)

Robby: Ari's protective older brother. He's full of so much wisdom for a 19 year old, and always knows what to say to people. He helps lizzie through all her hardships and is a shoulder to cry on for anyone. (think robby creasey, from farewell my love)

Ryan: 17. He's the weird, bashful, dorky guy in school. Yet he is the most talented and smartest also. He is out for everyones best interest at heart and is the sweetest guy you will ever meet. He secretly has a crush on Ari, but her eyes are on Marty. (think ryan seaman from falling in reverse)

Marty: 17. He can be perverted, cocky, and a huge pain half the time. But he is an all around friendly guy who is accepting of others. He's the most popular guy in school and everyone loves him. He oversees Ari and is secretly crushing on Lizzie. (think martin broda from abandon all ships, with flat straightened hair)

Ashley: 17. Lizzie's crush since 6th grade. Even though he has a girlfriend, they develop an unlikely friendship that leads to an unlikely relationship. He is also the ticket to Lizzie's dream and finds a way to get her out of law school. (think ashley purdy from black veil brides)

Selly: 17. Ashley's malicious, heartless, slutty girlfriend. Lizzie and Ari's enemy since 6th grade. She reeks of trouble and dishonesty. She will bring people down to get what she wants. Youre lucky if she likes you; if not, your life will be a living hell. (think selena gomez)

Lulu: 17. One of selly's evil followers. However, her attitude and vicious ways surprisingly change by the end of the story. And thanks to Ari, she scores a hot new boyfriend; Her brother, robby. (think stevie from how to rock)

Blake: 19. Robby's friend. Lizzie's future music mentor. (think blake bliss)

Cassadee: 19. Blake's girlfriend. Robby's friend. Lizzie's key to getting into music school. (think cassadee pope)
