---SELLY'S POV---
"Ok. Thank you so much for informing us. We'll call around and see where she's at and get back to you. After that, we'll work our way up from there and get her back safely." The officer informed us before heading out the door.
"Great! Thank you!" I say relieved. "I just wanna make sure my friend is ok. I had a bad run in earlier this morning!" I say.
"You saw her!?" Demi asks me, shocked.
"Yeah. I'll definitely get to that. What do you think caused her to run away? Well, despite the argument." I ask Mrs. Martin, concerned.
"Well, she complains that we don't care about her, and we inform her that she has to go to church and other mandatory family get togethers and she doesn't." Mrs. Martin says, shaking her head.
"If she just did what we said every once in a while, we wouldn't be in this mess. We have bigger problems to be focusing on. Not some run away, emo hoodlum." Mr. Martin says coldly.
"I whole heartedly agree. I love her, but she is very underappreciative and needs to understand you want whats best for her." I explain.
"Finally, someone who understands! Your parents must be proud!" Mrs. Martin says, smiling at me.
"Yeah. I love my parents. I always do what I'm told and try to be around them as much as possible." I lied. I could care less.
"Thats great to hear, miss Selly! I like you. She needs to understand that music won't get you anywhere in life! Our lovely daughter, Demi is a business major, and her minor is graphic design. It's DEFINITELY ok to have something fun, and that can be a hobby as a minor, but as a major, NO." Mr. Martin informs.
"Music shouldn't be a major OR a minor. Not in this house, at least. It shouldn't even be an option for kids." Mrs. Martin says.
"I agree. We all should stick to listening to it, and leave it for people who don't wanna amount to much in life." Demi chimes in.
"Well, at least we're all on the same page. I tried getting in contact with Lizzie for weeks and I finally found her in Anaheim this morning with some emo bum...I went up to her to try and talk sense into her, and she had the NERVE to attack me." I say upset.
"Oh my goodness. She has gone TOO far! She's coming back home, and we're sending her off to live at Harvard ahead of time! I don't care if I have to drive to find her myself!" Mr. Martin says, getting up.
"She can finish high school online for all we care. Maybe one of those emo friends of hers can mail her the work." Mrs. Martin said.
"Whatever it takes. She's GOING to law school! I'm buying the first one way ticket I can find for cheap!" Mr. Martin says.
"Well, I'm glad I had a chance to talk to all of you! I hope she makes the right choices in life. I'm out to be her friend, not hurt her." I lied.
"Who knows? She might actually like law school." Demi assured.
"You never know! She might not ever wanna come back for visits!" I laugh.
We all share a light laugh as I shake all 3 of their hands.
"Thank you again, Selly. We hope to keep in touch with you. You're a great friend." Mr. Martin says, smiling.
"Oh, I WILL be in touch. I hope she comes home safe. And be sure to send her off to Massachusetts ASAP." I say, smiling.
"Haha don't you worry about that, sweetie. Bye now." Mrs. Martin says, smiling.
I walk off to my car smiling evily. That bitch was gonna pay. She had a rude awakening for her when she was back in town. I drove off laughing, as I was about to text Lulu what went down.
