*ADDICTED*{A Criss Angel Fanfic.}

Criss gave Kc a sweet kiss and thanked her for the amazing pet, that he loved him, then he said his name was going to be Hammie, and for the next several weeks nonstop Criss never went anywhere without Hammie in his arms or laying across his shoulders. Hammie somehow managed to fill some of his emptiness. But he told all of his family that he wasn't at all ready to go back to work yet, if at all. He also had Costa take him to his favorite hairdresser, and get him a new do just for a change. When he came back to the house he was acting like the old Criss we all knew and loved. His hair was now very wickedly layered and had red streaks all throughout it, Kc thought it was very attractive.

That evening when Criss came back downstairs, he was wearing all of his blingage that he wore before he met Shelly when he was freelance dating. But as soon as he tied the knot with Shelly he took it off and locked it in the vault, but just to help with his self-confidence showing that he was ready to move on he was decked out with his diamond jewelry, after dinner he grabbed Klayton and said he was all dressed up and blinged out and ready to go tomcatting, or just to go grab a few beers and maybe do a little light partying with his brothers. Klayton didn't like the idea of him getting drunk after just getting over his drug addiction, it would leave his body susceptible for another form of addiction to attack him, but Mama D thought it was a good idea to give him the chance. Criss then came up behind Stoney and gave him a kiss on the cheek and told him that he would be there if he did anything he shouldn't, and would put him back on the right track.

Klayton gave him a devilish grin and finally gave in to his pleadings and said he would go with him, but if he got out of hand it was straight back home with him. Criss jumped on his back as he told him he promised he'd be a good boy. Kc went into the kitchen to help Dimitra clean up after dinner, Rachel and JD took Dimi home because now that her Uncle Criss was better, she could go back to school, and Rachel could go back to work. Costa decided after the hectic few months it was time for him to take his girlfriend out on a very nice and relaxing date, to rekindle their relationship since during Criss's episode he hadn't had any time to spare for himself.

The entire time Criss and Klayton were out having fun, Kc talked with Mama D about Criss, and how much she still loved him, after all, that time, and it was starting to take a toll on her, and all she needed to do now that Criss was better, was for her to go back home, before she fell in love with him all over again, and she didn't want to get hurt by him like that ever again, and she knew if she did stay that's exactly what would happen, because it was inevitable and Criss Angel was never going to change his spots into stripes.

Dimitra followed her upstairs as she was getting all packed up and getting ready to head out first thing in the morning. Dimitra tried frantically to talk her into staying there and to give Crisstopher another chance because she and John both always agreed with each other and said that she was meant to be with him, and she always strongly disapproved and told Crisstopher often how mad she was at him for leaving her like that just to get into the rich actresses and models. and where did it get him nowhere, and what did it do for him, nothing but trouble. Kc wiped her face and told her that she would never be able to live up to what Shelly was, and Criss wouldn't be able to help but judge any girl that tried to be apart of his life.

Dimitra touched Kc's face and told her that she just did a major thing by helping Crisstopher get thru one of the hardest things that he's ever been thru and it was her that pulled him thru it. Stoney may have been the brute force behind it, but she was the heart that brought him out of his bubble of self-pity and depression, and she knew that Criss may look like he's healed, but on the inside, he was still going to need her more than ever. Kc dropped her clothes that she was folding and spun around and sat down on the edge of the bed and had a short emotional moment and told Dimitra that she just didn't know if she could handle it, and go thru all that again. Because if he dumped her again which she knew he would eventually, it would break her and this time she probably wouldn't be able to survive it, because it almost killed her the last time.

Dimitra put her arms around her and told her this time she would remind Criss all the time about how lucky he was to have a second chance with the girl he was truly meant to be with, and if he tried dumping her, she would give him a hell of a fight before he did it successfully. Kc gave her a smile and told her that she would stay a while longer, just to see what happened next. But if he didn't come around or tell her that he had old feelings coming back for her, she wasn't going to press it, and when Stoney left to go back home to Long Island, she would go back with him. Dimitra gave her a big hug and kiss on the cheek as she thanked her for humoring the old lady in her moment of weakness of giving love another chance, especially when in her heart it was right.
