"Tiffany! Stop!" I demanded, sobbing. I shook her shoulders. "Why are you doing this?" I cried. She screamed back at me, but had no clue what she was saying because she was crying so much. I gave her time to calm down and then she'd tell me. I was sitting in the living room, reading a book that my dad had when he was my age. She walked in, her arms covered with band-aids to cover up her scars. "So..?" I said quietly. She sighed, "Wesley.." I asked what about him. She replied with a face with no expression whatsoever. "He died when you left." I felt hot tears run down my face when she said "died". "Why does God always take the people I love most?!" She screamed, slamming her fist against the wall, sobbing. "I... I don't know, Tiff. Everyone has a fate. His was to die in an accident." Whoops. I shouldn't have said that. She didn't really have a reaction, she just walked into my room.

Everyone did mourn over Wes that day. There was a memorial at school and everything, I went, but Tiff didn't. A couple of kids were crying, the others were just laughing out of happiness. Not because he was dead, but because they were remembering all the nice things Wesley Jones done for everyone. Donating to children with cancer, giving stuffed animals to children with no toys, helping feed the hungry. Wesley was a good kid. I just didn't realize it until it was too late.

Seth came to the memorial and he was actually crying. He never cries. NEVER. I guess it was because Wes was the baby of the group and was such a great person to have in your life. I now wish that I got to know Wesley more. From what I heard Seth say, Wesley was a sensitive person, a vegan, and he wished to be a baseball player. I'm just glad I was able to see him on time before he passed. It's hard to see someone like Wesley go, but everyone dies eventually.

I returned home afterwards, Tiffany had cried herself to sleep. Gosh, I felt awful. I sat down next to her resting body, and stroked her soft hair. She tossed and looked at me. "Hey, you're home." She yawned, leaning up slowly. I nodded. "Yeah." I sighed. She smiled a little,"I'm glad you're back. I felt lonely. Well, I always have." I slightly smiled, seeing her smile a little. She then laid her head on my chest, making herself comfy. I felt myself turn red. She's never done anything like that. She looked up and me, luckily when my face went back to normal, and smiled wide. "You're the best, Bruiser Ketawell."
