(We're gonna let Nala take over now. This should be good -Riv)
(I can't wait, fuckin' Riv wrote the previous chapters... My turn -Nala)
(Just wait for MY chapter...This is gonna be wonderful. Buckle up~ -Liv)

Nala's POV
"Who are these people?" Jeremy asked.
"I'm River, this is Tato, and this is Nala."
We all nodded or did a little wave.
"They helped us find your stupid ass. We should stay together." Chavo sighed in frustration. He was obviously the older of the group.
"Nah man, sounds gay."
"Yeah, what Peezle said."
"No! Not that kind of together. You know what the fuck I mean."
Jeremy and Peezle laughed together.
"And where are we gonna go?" Jeremy asked raising an eyebrow.

"Uh," I interrupted, "you could stay in the shop if you want. There's a spot in the back with two couches and a chair... I mean, it's nothing fancy but... It's something."
"Yeah, and there's cake and coffee and stuff." Tato added.

"That's really nice of you to offer... I'm not surprised someone as sweet as you works in a café. What's your name?" Jeremy winked.
"Nala.."
"Yeah, my girlfriend, Nala is super sweet." River cleared his throat putting an arm around my shoulder, "I'm River."
Jeremy just laughed and crossed his arms.

"Uh, so Sun's gonna be at the shop soon... Probably looking for us... So we should go." Tato pointed out breaking the quick silence among all of us.

We all started the walk back to the shop. The weather made everything sticky and me miserable.

"It's fucking hot out here!" I complained.
"Not as hot as you."
"Air conditioning is right around the corner, and probably Sun." Tato replied ignoring Jeremy's comment.
I reached my arm up to River and he picked me up, because carrying me was practically his job.

Once we finally got back to the shop, River put me down and Sun was waiting patiently outside.
"Sunny!" I cheered excitedly. Sun is another one of my best friends. Only Tato, River and I know her real name. She's only 17 though, still going through highschool.
"How was school?" Tato asked softly. He had a soft spot for her, not in a romantic way, but friendly.
"Same old, same old," She sighed as I unlocked the shop, "who are these guys."
I wouldn't expect Sun to know, because she doesn't really follow a religion. She knows they're real, but she doesn't care.
"These are the Young Gods. Chavo, Peezle, and Jeremy. Poseidon must've got pissy at them or something."
"Really? What happened?" Sun tilted her head to the left.

"Well," Chavo began as we entered the shop and went to the back, "we were being a little bit of spoiled brats. So now we're here... 'Getting in touch with our people' and 'ruling from your level'. Once we 'get in touch' or whatever, we're not going back in the sky, we're staying here, but in better conditions than this."

"Why am I honestly not surprised?" Sun giggled.
"Yeah, you seem like brats." Tato laughed along plopping himself on a couch.

I turned on a fan and grabbed a bag on a shelf. "I'm gonna go change, it's too hot for this shit."
"You just keep clothes here?" Tato asked.
"Yeah, I come here after hours when River's out or getting on my nerves... Which is rarely but, you know, just in case."

Tato's POV

"So, do you guys have any... Cool God powers?" I asked opening a water bottle.
Jeremy laughed and put his hands together, then pulled them apart to reveal a little display of lightning wrapping itself around water. Little flames rising out the bottom.
"Pfft, that's cute." Chavo rolled his eyes putting out his hand, which had grown mountains, trees, there were even little clouds. I even swore I could make out a little wolf in the midst of the forest.
"You don't want me to show mine." Peezle warned.
"Yeah, he literally makes monsters... It's cool, but dangerous." Chavo added.
Sun and I stared in awe while River was on his phone.

"What the Hell did I miss!?" Nala asked coming out the bathroom.
"Nothing much, just cool stuff."

River's POV
Nala came out the bathroom in a tank top and leggings. At this point, I'm not paying attention to anything else.

"Woah! Can I like, touch the water?" She asked excitedly.
"Sure." Jeremy replied holding out his hand.
"So what do you do with this?" Sun wondered.
"Well we can make stuff... Sometimes they just come out, like when we're emotional or nervous. Like, plants or something will probably spread around me, sparks literally fly from Jeremy, and Peezle can actually get black eyes... He can even be taken over by himself. It's fuckin' weird." Chavo explained.
"That. Is. Awesome." Nala awed.

I honestly wasn't all that phased, they're just like us but with powers. Doesn't change that Poseidon literally CAST THEM DOWN because they're brats. Chavo is the only one responsible in the slightest.

"Dammit... I have to head home." Sun sighed looking at her watch, "I'll see you guys tomorrow, wish me luck on the SATs! I have them all fucking week."
"Good luck then." I waved.
"Good luck Sunny, you'll do great!"
"Bye Sun."

The rest of us stayed in the shop for the night, making pallets on the chair, couches and floor.
Most of us fell asleep quickly, but I stayed up, texting Alaina.

(Oh shit . . . WELL DAMN, RIVER YOU WHORE. -Liv)
(I feel betrayed and offended -Nala)
(Holy shit! it's just a story! I didn't even write this chapter.... -Riv)
