Chapter 6

Alazai's pov:
I got ready to go out to eat with Ulyssa and we headed out to Olive Garden. I needed this, I needed a little time with my best friend.
We were seated right when we got there and we were just looking though the menu.
Ulyssa set down her menu and she said
"I have to tell you something."
"Well then tell me." I said while taking a sip of my tea.
She took a deep breath and she said
"I'm pregnant."
I spit out my tea and it landed all over her face.
She grabbed a napkin and wiped it off.
"What?" I yelled out.
Frimzy's pov:
We finally got home from the mall and honestly it was a stressful day.
When we got home Myra still wasn't home. Not a surprise.
Flor went upstairs to go to sleep and so did her boyfriend.
Me and my mom were just watching tv in the living room.
"Mom, can I talk to you." I Said
She nodded.
"Sure, but don't tell me that your girlfriend is pregnant too, because if someone else gets pregnant I'm just gonna pass out." She Said. I just laughed.
"Well, my boss told me that they're hiring over there in Texas. He said that I can make more money over there. I don't know if I should take it or not though, cause I don't want to just leave you know?"
She nodded.
"Mijo do what you think if best for you. Don't worry about anyone else."
"What part of Texas?" She asked.
"Well I don't know yet. It all depends on what my boss says. He's either gonna send me to Dallas or El Paso, that's only if I accept the job."
I said.
"Like I Said. Do what makes you happy."
I gave her a hug and I said
"Thanks mom."
We continued to watch tv.
I didn't want to tell Myra about the offer but I knew I had to eventually.
