Chapter 20

Frimzy's pov:
"Fuck fuck fuck!" I yelled out. Everyone just turned around and stared at me.
"Yo Bro chill what's wrong? What happened?" Asked Salice.
"Flor is sick in the hospital, and to top all that off, Myra is pregnant! She's pregnant Salice! She can't be. Every time we do have sex I wrap it up. Now that I think about it we haven't had sex in weeks because she's never home." I Said.
Salice looked concerned.
"Damn is flor okay?"
"I don't know. We have to go down there as soon as possible." I Said.
"I'm going to have to cancel with Ulyssa, Flor is more important. I hate to cancel, but I can't leave my sister."
Salice nodded.
"Yeah, I'll get the tickets right now."
I texted Ulyssa and I explained the whole situation to her.
Me: hey Ulyssa it's frimzy. Im going to have to cancel for tomorrow.... my sister is pregnant and she got really sick and she's in the hospital. I have to go home to take care of her. I'm so sorry, and I'll make it up to you one day.
I sent the message and I ate my food.
I don't know what I was going to tell Alazai. I knew she wanted me to stay, but things just changed.
"Hey we leave tonight at nine. I just booked the tickets." Said Salice.
"Okay, we'll if you're done eating let's go ahead and go back to the hotel and pack." I Said.
I didn't want to leave, but it was the best thing for me to do right now.
Alazai's pov:
I was on my lunch break when I got a text from Jose.
Jose❤️- Hey, I know this is out of no where, but meet me at the hotel tonight at seven. We need to talk....
I wonder why he wanted to talk. I remember when he would text me a "We need to talk text" it was usually serious and it meant heartbreak.
I texted him back.
Me: okay. See you there.
Ulyssas pov:
I was at home with Bryce, and I got a text from Jose.
Best friend #3- hey Ulyssa it's frimzy. Im going to have to cancel for tomorrow.... my sister is pregnant and she got really sick and she's in the hospital. I have to go home to take care of her. I'm so sorry, and I'll make it up to you one day.
Damn I thought. It must be serious.
Me: it's okay. I hope your sister gets better and I'm praying for her. Love you and tell Flor I said hi.
It's sad that Jose had to cancel, but family was always first.
Riccos pov:
We got back from the funeral and Caroline was quiet the whole ride home. Her eyes looked soul less. It looked like she wasn't even here.
I thought it was best for us to go home. I knew Caroline wouldn't want to stay here any more that what she had to.
I texted Ulyssa and I told her I had to cancel. Caroline was more important than anything else right now.
Frimzy's pov:
We got back to the hotel and we started to pack.
I was grabbing my suitcase and I got a text from Ulyssa.
Ulyssa😛- it's okay. I hope your sister gets better and I'm praying for her. Love you and tell Flor I said hi.
I left it at that. I had to pack and we only had a few hours. I wanted to see Alazai before I leave , so I texted her to meet me here at seven. I had to talk to her.
Ulyssa's pov:
I got a text from Ricco and he canceled too. He had to go home, because Caroline was really depressed over her dads death. I guess I would just have to cancel the whole thing.
Alazai's pov:
I got off of work around 6:30 and I drove straight over to Frimzy's hotel.
I knocked on his room door and he answered.
"Come in."
I walked in and I sat down on the bed.
"So what did you want to talk about?" I asked.
"I have to go back home... Flor is in the hospital sick, and well my girlfriend Myra is pregnant so, this might be the last time I'll ever see you. This means I won't be able to stay over here. I can't take the job offer either." He Said.
I could feel my cheeks get hot, and I could feel my eyes fill with tears.
"What?" I Said in a shaky voice.
"I'm so sorry. Alazai this was all unexpected. I really wanted to make a new life with you here, but all this came crashing down on me." He Said.
I looked into his eyes, and I could tell how much saying this to me hurt him.
He hugged me and he didn't let go. I hugged him even tighter and I just cried.
How could I let this boy go after finally seeing him after so many years?
"This isn't fair. We finally get back together and this happens? Why!" I Said. He broke the hug and his eyes were red.
"I'm sorry Alazai. I really am. I love you so much. I want to be with you, but I can't."
I just kept crying. All of a sudden Salice walked in.
"Hey, it's already 7:30, we gotta go."
We both stood up and we hugged.
"I'm sorry." He Said.
He grabbed his suitcase and they left.
I went to my car and I drove home. During the while drive home I just cried.
When I got home, Johnny was asleep upstairs.
I threw my keys on the table, and I just sat down on the couch and I cried.
"Why me? Why me!" I cried out.
I checked my phone and it was 8:00. I still had time. I had to see him one last time. It couldn't end like this.
I grabbed my car keys and I drove to the airport.
Frimzy's pov:
We were waiting in line to get our tickets at the airport and I felt so empty. I didn't want to say bye to Alazai, but I didn't know what else to do.
We got our tickets, and we walked over to our gate. We couldn't board until 8:30, it was barley 8:15.
Alazai's pov:
I got to the airport and I asked the lady at the front where the gate for the flight to Orlando was.
As soon as she told me I ran straight there, I didn't stop.
I got there and I saw Jose sitting down on his phone.
I walked up to him and he stood up.
"Since you're leaving, I guess this is it. This is the last time I'm going to see you." I Said.
I hugged him, tighter than usual because I knew this would probably never happen again.
"I'm going to miss you so much." I Said.
I started to cry.
"Don't cry this isn't goodbye." He Said.
"You know I'm glad my goofy ass came down here to Dallas." He Said.
I just laughed.
"I love you." I Said.
He smiled.
"I love you too."
"Now boarding flight 333 to Orlando."
I stood there and watched him board the plane.
I knew this wasn't the last time I would see him, I just knew it.
