Yuna was finally set to go on missions. They would start as small solo tasks. Such as grocery runs, night patrol and escorting villagers.
She didn't mind the tedious jobs, she saw it as earning her keep. Since Shifu took her in he's been nothing but kind. Certainly a little harsh when it came to training but strangely she felt used to that.
At first she thought it was from being kicked out of so many places. But it felt deeper then that. Oh well maybe she'd figure it out after lunch.
"Spicy noodle soup and an order of dumplings please. " She smiled sitting at a table.
Mr. Ping nodded. "Coming right up. "
She laid back against the wall simply people watching. She liked seeing the different types that cane to eat at Ping's. Of course She got looks herself being whatever she was.
"You think she's some kinda monkey?"
"Nah look at her back it's totally upright. "
"Yeah got no fur neither besides that hair on her head. "
There it was the whispers as she ate . Shifu had taught her to pay it no mind.
"They are simple minded Yuna. They will lose interest soon enough. "
She nodded to herself paying her tab taking her dumplings for the road.
"Help! Thieves!"
Yuna paused, that would usually be answered by the others. It seemed they were preoccupied so she sighed and took it on herself .
Rhino thugs had stolen pottery and money and started running to the forest.
"Hey Gao check it out were being tailed!"
Their leader looked back seeing Yuna and laughed.
"Never mind that what's she gonna do stand there and look pretty?"
She growled, great petty And sexists. She chased them out to Camel Back Mountain where they fought. Unfortunately the Rhino Gao wasn't the true leader.
" I find all this fighting quite tiresome. " An annoyed voice said from the shadows. "Gao hold her down."
"Show some respect." Gao pinned her.
A large eyed very small creature startled her standing right in front of her face.

"Jeez! " She flinched. "What the Hell are you?"
"That is none of your concern little girl. Tell me who you fight for."
She glared and looked away.
"That's how it's going to be? Very well then. Show her our guest accommodations, she'll be staying with us awhile. "
"Got it boss...wait why?"
"You never know, this lost puppy might have a rich owner."
