                                              I HATE one of the rules we have at our school. We have assigned seating Monday through Wednesday at lunch!
Lunch!
This is not okay! We've had it since 6th grade, so it's nothing new. But now, as an 8th grader, it's REALLY getting old. Even older than it was in 7th grade and the end of 6th grade.
Lunch is our social time! How could you take that away?
They say they do it so that we learn how to talk to people and make new friends. BS! One of their examples was, "In college, you'll have classes with over a hundred people in them, so you need to learn to talk to people.". Sure, we won't have classes with only like 30 people in them anymore but, we sure as heck won't have assigned seats at lunch!!!
So, here's an idea💡. Instead of assigning us friends that you're just going to change the next day, how 'bout you let us make our own! And then, here's a crazy idea, let us sit with them!

                            Hey! That whole rant thing probably sounded really salty. . . Oh well🤷‍♀️. My other ones won't be like this I just really felt the need to RANT about that absurdity. I also feel like that's the definition of brain/word vomit. 
                            Every time I hear my title a cringe a little bit.
