Ugh... My body felt stiff... Not in that way, perverts.

I cracked open my bleary eyes and looked around. My hearing was muffled a bit before it slowly cleared up.

"____! You're awake!"

I looked over and saw Rin. I smiled a watery smile as tears slid down my cheeks, "Rin!" I leapt into his arms and cried.

He held me and gently rubbed my back, "____.... I'm sorry... So sorry..." He whispered over and over.

I hiccuped. "It's all right... Thank you for saving me..." I choked out as I wiped my tears with my fists.

He smiled and nodded, "Of course. I will always save my damsel in distress." He mused.

I pouted, "You killed the mood."

"Oh. Crap."

We laughed as I was in his embrace until someone cleared their throat. We looked up and saw Yukio standing there with a smile.

"Well, I'm glad you're safe, ____." Yukio said with a sigh of relief.

I nodded, "You too. How did you guys escape?" I asked, looking to Rin.

Rin grinned, "I totally kicked Satan's sorry butt!" He boasted.

"Correction, it was a draw."

"Shut up Yukio!"

I laughed and kissed Yukio's cheek, "Thanks."

He smiled and nodded, "No problem." He patted my back before chuckling at Rin's pouty expression.

I giggled along as well. "What's wrong?" I asked teasingly.

"You kissed him!"

"On his cheek."

"Still! Those lips are mine! Come here so I can get rid of his germs!"

"Wha- Rin!!! MMMF!"

Yukio let out a nervous laugh before coughing. "I shall go tell Sir Pheles what happened." He sighed, "Hopefully this won't happen again."

Rin nodded in agreement, "Yeah. I won't let the bastard touch ____ or our friends ever again." He growled.

My heart thumped. That was hot. Oh my god! Bad self!

My cheeks flushed red as I was suddenly pulled into a kiss. Rin pulled away and softly he said, "I'll see you later... I need to do research with Yukio..."

I slowly nodded. "Okay... Be safe..." I murmured.

He smiled, "I will."

"Because I'll be there."

"Shut up Yukio!"
