Chapter 15: A Terrible Plan

"All right, we have to do something." Stiles whispered as we all looked at him.

"I'm distracting it, you run." I explained as I looked my brother in the eyes.

"Wait, what?" Stiles said, clearly not agreeing.

Without thinking, I started to run and didn't stop. I could hear my brother calling after me but decided to ignore it. The sound of a wolf running behind me was louder. I keep running until the noise slowed down. I was now in the lobby as I got a text from Stiles. I opened my phone to look at it.

Where are you?

I quickly typed an answer as I stuck my phone in my pocket again.

I'm fine, don't worry.

I spoke to soon as I could hear the alpha growling. I turned around to see it standing in the doorway. I looked it right in the eyes as I didn't run. I slowly took a few steps back as I bumped into a wall. It got closer as I started to breath heavier with every step it took towards me. When it was close enough, it just stood there and looked at me with its red eyes. I then closed my eyes as I took a deep breath. When my eyes opened again, there was no fear anymore. It was then that my phone went of again and it looked at it. I took it out of my pocket and showed it.

"You can have it." I whispered.

Suddenly I could hear other footsteps getting closer. It was clear that the alpha did too. He threw away my phone and stuck its nails in my arm. The pain was so bad that I closed my eyes and prayed it would end. When my eyes opened again, the alpha was nowhere around. I immediately placed a hand on my wound as I slid down the wall behind me as tears formed in my eyes. My hand and the whole area surrounding my wound was covered in blood.

"STEPHANIE?!" I opened my eyes again to see my brother entering the lobby with Scott. He quickly ran towards me and sat down next to me.

"What happened?" Scott asked as he started to panic.

"T... The... The..." Every word that I tried to say just made the pain worst. Stiles could clearly see as he just took me in his arms and looked at my arm with worry.

"Help me." Stiles said as he looked at his friend. I already rested my head against my twin's chest as he was still holding me safely.

Scott placed a hand on my shoulder as my breathing went faster again. I could feel the pain being pulled away from my body. Scott probably felt it too as he pulled away and looked at his hand.

"What just happened?" Stiles asked.

"I felt her pain." Scott explained.

The pain was too bad to answer as I just closed my eyes. Stiles didn't understand or care as he took of his hoodie.

"I'm sorry. I'm just trying to help you not bleed to death." He said as he tied the thing around my arm tightly. I started to cry as the pain was horrible. I didn't blame my brother though, I was thankful, he probably saved my life like this. I could hear the door open again and grabbed my brother's arm as I pulled him close, what if the alpha heard and came back.

"Hey, it's fine." Stiles whispered as he placed his head on mine.

"O, my god! What happened?" It was Allison, great. Scott then walked towards Allison and started to talk to her.

"There's no need to be scared, I'm here now." He whispered as he held me carefully.

"It hurts." I said as new tears were already forming in my eyes. It didn't take long for Stiles' eyes to water as well.

"I'm getting you home safely, I promise." Stiles answered.

It was then that Jackson and Lydia joined us.
