The Girl With the Chains

Chapter 2

-Eric's POV-

Damn, is what I thought when I saw the girl crash into me. She was different, I could tell. But she was beautiful. Her makeup was really well done, her short curly hair with a beanie, her "Bring Me the Horizon" shirt matched with a pair of black jeans and combat boots.

She's perfect, I thought.

I did not know that she had an attitude, especially with how quiet she was. This only made things a lot more amusing.

"Mr. Ken doll? Helloooooo?"

She waved a hand in front of my face and snapped me out of my thinking.

"Ummm, yeah?"

I felt a slight blush settle its way on my cheeks as she raised an eyebrow at my stupidity.

"You were doing some shitty ass drawing of what's supposed to be George Washington. I was gonna ask you what painting you were recreating but you became possessed all of a sudden," she said while smirking at me.

I laughed a bit nervously as I looked down at the drawing. It looked really bad, I'm not gonna lie.

"Ummmm... I don't even know what I was doing myself...heheh."

Why does she make me feel so not like me? I feel like a 3 year old trying to have a conversation with a fucking college major. How can she do that?

She snorted which was really kinda cute, to be honest and continued her work which was drawing a ram skull on her notebook.

I sighed, she was the type of person to like people like my brother. He likes some group called Pierce the Veil and they sounded just outright nasty. I didn't understand why people liked that type of music, it was awful, all that screaming.

"So ummm," I stuttered, getting her attention"you know who Ethan is?"

Her purple eyes lit up in recognition,"Yeah! He was wearing a Pierce the Veil sweatshirt," she blushed a bit at saying that and I immediately felt a smirk grow. She liked Ethan?

"He's my brother, and he's really not a very social person, he hates screaming and he's just an overall shy person," I said trying to make all the attention go to me.

She rolled her eyes," Nice try, Mr. "I'm so Arrogant". You can't change the fact that he's cute as fuck and I definitely want to get to know him."

I sighed in disappointment, because she saw through my act.

The bell rang ending our awkward situation.

-At Lunch-

"ERIC BABY!" yelled out my girlfriend Alexia.

I cringed a bit at her reaction, she was so bubbly and I hated the fact that her voice was like nails on a chalkboard. She was hot though, so I'm not complaining.

Alexia was blonde and had a hot body. Her crop top and shorts complimented her body and her choker made her look hot as fuck. Her green eyes sparkled in happiness and she got up to come talk to me.

"Hey Alexia, how was class babe?" I asked her, slightly off about how I asked her.

"It was boring and I wanted to bounce but I knew I couldn't since I didn't want to leave my baby boo behind," she told me while pinching and kissing my cheeks.

I wiped off her saliva as she turned to go sit down. I sat down while my friend passed me my lunch.

I heard a gleeful laugh that I haven't heard in almost 2 years. I turned around and found Val smiling as Ethan laughed his ass off at something she said. They looked genuinely happy and as he turned around to get his earphones, his electric blue eyes turned around to meet mine.

Immediately his face formed into a scowl and he retrieved his earphones. Val asked him what was wrong but he brushed it off.

"Babe, I'm gonna go, I'll be back in a bit, okay?" I looked to my right to see Alexia making out with Connor, some dumb junior, and she was caught by surprise.

I knew she was cheating on me since freshman year but I was too lazy to break up with her. Besides, she was good in bed.

"Um," she straightened herself out and turned to me, I just pretended like I didn't see her.

"Yeah baby, but don't take long!" She said as she continued making out with the dumbass.

As I stood up, Ethan and Val ran off to their lockers to get their stuff early. I followed them to an empty classroom to hear that shitty ass music playing.

"So when you die the only kingdom you'll see is two feet wide and six feet deep-"

I peeked in the door to see Val and Ethan dancing together to the music and they were laughing. Wow had they bonded in like 4 hours, damn. Val let out a beautiful laugh and hugged Ethan. He stood there wide-eyed and froze on the spot.

He hasn't been touched by anyone else in 5 years.

Val noticed and apologized so much but he tackled her in a huge bear hug. How did she have this effect on him? I tried backing up but there was a wet floor sign and I slipped.

I groaned loudly when I heard the door open.

"ERIC?! What the fuck?!"
