-Val's POV-
I heard the bell rang as I ran out the class with my phone in hand, earphones in ears, and my boots with untied laces.
"I will always be a tortured soul-"
Me too Ash.
Today was great for a first day, I met Ethan and he immediately became my best friend, I'm not even fucking around. I really don't know about Eric, he's just an asshole.
I ran to the front of the school where my mom was waiting and I got in the car.
"Hey sweetheart, how was your day?" she asked me.
"Actually, it was really good. I made a new friend, his name is Ethan and we have a lot of similarities. I like my classes and everyone was really nice," I responded with a smile, thinking about Ethan.
"That's good, honey," she said as she put in an Iron Maiden album in the CD player. Hell yeah!
I paused the song I was hearing "Other Side" and head banged to "The Trooper".
As we got to the house, I got a text message which was expected because Ethan gave me his number.
