Chapter 12: Family

Ellie's POV:

*Gray and I got in the car, and I was SO excited for his surprise for me! We drove to the top of the hills and sat down to watch the sunset.

Grayson: The sunset is almost as beautiful as you babe.

Ellie: Oh my gosh I love you Gray. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Grayson: There is one thing that I could ask for that would make my life so much better.

Ellie: What is that hun?

*Gray stood up and then kneeled on one knee.

Grayson: Ellie, you are the most beautiful individual I have ever met. (He grabbed my hand.) I can't imagine living a life with out you, so I am going to ask you this. Ellie, will you make me the happiest man alive and marry me?

*I sat there frozen. I couldn't believe the words that came out of his mouth.

Ellie: YES GRAY! 1000 TIME YES!

*I gave him the biggest hug! Then we kissed. It was so romantic I couldn't believe it. It was the longest kiss we had ever had. I couldn't stop thinking of the future. How amazing life was now going to be with my fiancée Grayson Dolan. After a while of celebrating and loving life, we decided to head back after it was dark. I texted y/n to tell her we were on our way.

Y/n POV:

Ethan and I played games all day and made so many memories. How I loved the time that I spent with him! Then Ellie texted me.

Ellie: On our way back! You won't believe the news I have for you!

Y/n: Sounds great! See you soon!

Y/n: Hey E?

Ethan: Ya?

Y/n: We are dating correct?

Ethan: I mean only if you are okay with that... but I assumed so! If you think otherwise, just let me know!

Y/n: I'm glad we are babe.

Ethan: Me too!

*The door opened and Ellie and Gray ran inside.

Ellie: Y/N!! GRAY AND I ARE GETTING MARRIED!

*Ethan secretly slipped out the back door...

Y/n: NO WAY!! Congratulations!!

Grayson: Hey, none of this would have happened if it wasn't for you y/n! Thank you!

Ellie: Yes y/n. Thank you for everything!

Y/n: It was my pleasure, even though I don't exactly remember it.

Ellie: Hey, where did Ethan go?

Y/n: ETHAN!

*There was no response. I started to get worried and turned to look around. I walked into some rooms by myself and he wasn't there. Then I went back to the front entrance and Ellie and Gray were both gone.

Y/n: ELLIE! GRAYSON! ETHAN! Babe!!!

*No response...
