The weeks dragged on and that cheerleading squad finally scheduled that party at Sebastian's house. I was not going, and I was more than content with that.However, around that time, Ana announced that she was going to drag me somewhere, and it was going to be a surprise. Yet, when she threw a party dress at me in the passenger seat while pulled over across to a raging party, I could only assume she hadn't thought this through.
"Don't be a stick in the mud." Anastasia said, "You need this."
How how right and wrong she was.
We go into the party, and Ana accoumpanied me for about an hour in, but seemed to disappear. This is where my vision gets a little foggier, memories get harder to remember. I only remember a red plastic cup at my side at all times, never ending. Playing spin the bottle until dawn, and listening to music so loud I felt the music instead of my own heart beat. Unknown hands in unsafe places. Various things I inguested that made my body feel numb. Until a fammilair voice came to my savior.
"Hey Dawn, I wanna talk to you." Sebastian, tapped on my shoulder, "I hey um, I know the last time we met it wasn't so nice but I wanna apologize.." He continued to smile until he realized how bad of a situation I was. He drained his happy expression "Dawn..?" I had laid my arms on his shoulders, and mostly swayed my hips to the music.
"Hmmmm?" I murmured with my eyes halfway shut, and my phone began to blaringly ring. I took it out begrudgingly and looked at it, it was Emma. Then, I looked at the millions of messages she had sent me, wondering where the hell I was since Ana wasn't with me anymore. Sebastian saw this, and before I could hit my thumb on the 'decline' button, he had taken it from me and answered for me."Yeah? Hi this is Sebastian, you're Dawn's friend right? She's at one of the biggest parties of the year. Yeah, I'll keep her safe until you come to get her." Sebastian then hung up on my phone and slid it back into my purse, while I had myself leaning up on against his chest.
"Heeeeyyyy..That wasn't very nice.." I replied, in a sleep-like reply. He only smiled at my words and how ironic they were, then he grabbed me by the wrist and took me into a isolated room. Where, Emma soon came to my rescue.
So you can imagine how mad Emma was when she had found me, drooling drunk out of my mind, I only remember Emma screaming at Anastasia, saying how irresponsible she was. Even screaming was stretching from the usual Emma, she was usually filled with quiet bliss. Another face was there too, it was Sebastian who I slapped the other day, but was kind enough to not mention anything to anyone. He kindly waited, and Emma seemed to entrust my weak consciousness with him. Like I was glass, he carefully escorted me into a small guest bedroom, and almost left me before I moaned a name;
"Blake..!!" I whined, sitting impatiently on the white sheets of a bed. "Don't leeeeeaaaavvveee meeee..." Like a child I pouted at him. He froze at the doorknob, and he stared at me with a face that was very confused at the hell I was saying."Don't leave meee..." I slowly got up and grabbed the sleeve of his dress shirt, slightly tugging on it, "You are right about what you said.." I murmured, unbelievable drowsiness hitting me. I seemed to climb my way up to the collar of his shirt before mumbling things like this, "You're right, no one will ever love a bitch like me..Pull on my hair again...I love the way you kiss your knuckles before you hit me..Bruise me one more time, I deserve it." At this point, he knew way more than any of my closest friends knew. He was frozen, and he didn't know what to do with this information or how to get out of this situation. We were stuck.Thank god when I tried to kiss him, I only slid onto the floor and passed out.
I woke to the feeling of my stomach rapidly crawling up my throat, I immediately ran out from under the covers and into the room across from me, proceeding to throw up in a disgusting combination of colors in the toilet. I stayed there for a solid two minutes, and afterward a pair of footsteps leaned on the doorframe, looking at me with pity. He sighed. I wiped the sweat from my forehead, and looked at him. A painful migraine coming over me, and I was still miserably tired.
"Here. Emma gave this to me." Sebastian set down a small bag of clothes. "And-uhm-Emma said to take you to get some hot chocolate before I drive you back to your house so..I'll give you a few minutes." Sebastian shoved his hands into his pockets once again and left the door frame.
"So. How much did I tell you?" I sighed, while staring down at my hot chocolate in my hand sas I sat in his car in the passenger seat. I was dressed in a sweatshirt and my favorite pair of sweatpants. Which was way more comfortable than my tight dress and nearly broken heels. I totally owe Emma. Sebastian had gone inside and gotten us hot chocolate, and we waited for a minute in the parking lot. I sat criss cross, dark circles under my eyes.
"I mean..You told me a awful lot.." Seb trailed, and the heavy topic weighed heavy on his expression.
"I'm sorry you had to hear that." I mumbled, pain in my stomach, "You know more than my closest friends now. Please be careful with my secret." He nodded, looking at me with a painful expression.
"I will." Seb blinked, and started the car again.
