I stopped at the nearest park and slowed my pace to a walk.
I had time to kill, they'd be going to my house anytime soon.
I sat down at a bench and looked at the sheet of paper I took from the doctor.
Elizabeth __
Routine check ups seem to be fine but patient seems to suffer the symptoms of schizophrenia. Incidents have been occurring around the patient that may have lead to that including a lot of personal experiences.
If symptoms continue to affect the patient, a prescription may be issued.
I scoffed at the accusations.
Do these so called doctors really think they know me?
I don't have schizophrenia, I just have more friends than anybody else has. Maybe they're just jealous.
I sighed and walked towards the water fountain by the bathrooms, hearing the crunching of the fall leaves under my feet.
How peaceful.
I drank some water and walked back to the bench, laying down and closing my eyes.
It's so relaxing here...
I woke up a few hours later, confused on where I was.
I glanced around and remembered that I was at the park and I must've fell asleep. I looked down and realized that the sheet with my information had disappeared. I glanced around frantically, hoping it was near. I cannot let anybody find that sheet, it'll definitely ruin the surprise. I noticed a white sheet on the ground a few feet away and got up quickly, heading for it. I was just one step away when a pair of feet appeared in my view and a hand grabbed it.
I stood up and met with dark brown eyes.
"That's mine." I stated and he chuckled.
"I can see that, Elizabeth-" he read off the paper but I snatched it from his hand,
"Excuse me, that's my personal information." I snapped.
"I'm sorry, I was just trying to see your name." He apologized and I bit my lip.
"There's no need for you to know my name." I ensured.
"Wow, you're harsh." He huffed.
I shrugged and stepped back. "Just don't need people in my way."
"In your way of what?" He pressed and I felt my lips curl in a disgusted snarl.
"You're a very nosy person, aren't you?" I snapped and this time it was his turn to shrug.
"I'm just curious."
I scoffed. "Yeah, well, you know what they say about curiosity."
"Eh, I prefer to associate myself as more of a dog rather than a cat." He smiled.
"Either way you're dead." I hissed and turned around, annoyed by this man's presence.
I began walking in the opposite direction to get away from him yet I heard footsteps coming my way.
"Hey, wait!" He appeared rushing next to me trying to keep up with my fast pace.
I rolled my eyes. "You are one persistent dog, aren't you?"
He smiled joyfully at me, his black hair moving graciously in the wind. "Woof."
I bit my lip and halted suddenly causing him to stop in his tracks and almost fall forward.
"What is it that you want?" I inquired.
"My name's Lucas." He stated and I raised an eyebrow.
"Um...good to know?"
"I was also wondering if I could have your number." His smile covered half his face and I couldn't help but feel bad for him.
He doesn't have a clue what the voices are saying.
A devious smile covered my face. "Hand me your phone."

I finally made it home to a nice and quiet apartment, despite the fact that I pranked someone today.Weird.
I shrugged it off and took off my shoes and my clothes except my underwear. I wasn't exactly hungry so I just got into bed and laid down under my sheets. I didn't sweat and I took a shower earlier so I could just relax and think about my day.
It was definitely fun and that Lucas guy has been texting me ever since I left that park.
He's sweet, too bad he has to die.
I smiled at the way the voices were planning to prank him and closed my eyes, falling into a deep sleep
