As the girls and I get ready, I can't help but wonder how Inuyasha's doing. After our date last night, I can't get him out of my head. His silky white hair, his dreamy amber eyes, his cute white ears, oh and those lips....
"Kagome?" Sango says, breaking me out of my Inuyasha dream land. She looks worried.
"Yea? What's wrong?" Like ask, looking confused.
"That's what I was going to ask. Are you ok? You've been a little out of it ever since yesterday."
I start to blush, not noticing how out of it I really have been. "Really? I'm fine. Just a little tired is all! Don't worry about it!" I say, giggling nervously.
"Ok... If you need anything, I'm here." She smiles and hugs me, guilt now settling in. I want to tell her, but not until our relationship gets stronger.... Relationship. I like that word.. It makes us sound so offic... Stop it Kagome!
Then, I see the man I've been thinking about walk towards me, and I feel my heart skip a beat.
"Hey Sango, Kagome" he nods to Sango, and she nods back, then she leaves to got help set up, leaving the two of us alone.
He just stares at me, a loving look in his eyes.
"You look beautiful..." He says, causing butterflies to form in my stomach.
"Th-thank you. You look amazing yourself" I grin, blushing lightly.
"So.. What song did you have in mind to sing?" He asks, seeming excited.
"Well... I was thinking... Say Something?"
His eyes light up at the song name, and he nods his approval. "I think that would be amazing."
