Chapter 2 part 7

“Akihiko, could you please get me that blue book in the bookshelf?" He said pointing at a blue book with gold text on it.

"Y-yeah sure, sir".

The book was on the top of the shelf and I was unsure if I could reach it.

I stood on my toes as I tried to reach it.

I could feel how he was staring at me.

I tried my best to reach it but I could feel how the skirt was sliding up.

I reached it, but just barely.

Munakata was smirking a bit but then when I reached the book and took it, the shelf started to fall.

"!!!" I fell on my butt and got surprised when I didn't get crushed.

Munakata had quickly gotten up and stopped it.

He held up the heavy book shelf with his back and then pushed it back up.

He sighed and looked down at me.

I switched to my knees and layed my forehead on the floor.

"I'm terribly sorry, sir!" Damn it, that was so clumsy of me.

He sighed and pushed his glasses up on his nose "I'm sorry but I'm gonna have to punish you for this" He said and smirked. I gulped and slowly looked up at him. P-punishment?!

What does he mean by that?

Is he going to hit me?!

...or worse- Kick me out!?!

He looked at me a bit surprised when he saw that my eyes was filled with tears and got down on one knee.

He raised my chin "Don't worry, it's not going to be that bad. Your punishment is taking cleaning duty tomorrow." he said and softly stroked my cheek.

He gave me a hand up.

I took his hand and wiped away my tears, god i'm such a crybaby.

"I-I'm sorry-" I said and looked him in the eyes... I blushed but hopefully he wouldn't notice.

"It's ok, accidents happens... let me help you" he said and started to pick up books that had fallen out of the shelf, I quickly started helping.

Next morning I woke up from someone knocking on my door.

I had been sleeping in my room even though I still wasn't too comfortable with it yet after what had happened before.

I rubbed my eyes and tiredly stumbled to the door and opened it.

I was surprised to see who it was. "S-seri? G-good morning" I straightened up when I saw her, why was she here? "Good morning Akihiko, I happened to hear that you'll be taking the cleaning duty today and decided to get you some appropriate clothes for that... since I assume that you don't have any-" She said and gave a plastic bag of clothes.

"Oh- uh... t-thank you" I said and smiled at her.

I could only imagine what clothes she had gotten me.

"No problem, I'll see you around then" She turned around and walked away.

I closed the door and sighed.

I put the clothes on my bed and sighed again... "appropriate, huh?".

She had given me a maid outfit with white thigh-high nylon socks and a short skirt.

How the hell am I going to wear that?! People are going to see me!

Munakata is going to see me!!
