Chapter 3 part 7

“I got everything you needed… is this really all you wanted?”

Munakata walked over to me and grabbed the one bag out of my hand “Yes, thank you. But may I ask you a question? What took you so long?” I looked at munakata-

“oh um…” I started to shake again.

“I kinda g- got Attacked.

By someone I think knows fushimi… I-i didn't do anything, they just came out of the blue.

I have a bump on my head, I then they hit me with something” I rubbed the goose egg on my head.

Munakata looked concerned.

He asked me a few questions, I answer them as honestly as I could.

He then gave me a number, I recognize the number pattern as I see this on the top of every door in the building.

“2-36” it read. It wasn't too far away- “go to that room, okay?

That bump on your head is. Concerning.” I looked at him and nodded.

I didn't want to leave his side-

I went to the door, ran to him and have him a hug, then went out the door this time.

I went down the hall, “2-33...34...35… and-” I looked up at the number taking a double check before I entered.

I opened the door, I immediately recognized the place as some kind of hospital or nurses office.

I Walked in a few steps, it seemed to be empty… I then heard the sound of wheels on a chair move from behind the curtain. The woman from the store popped her head around and looked at me.

Her eyes widened and she smiled brightly. “Well, hello stranger!” I smiled back- “h-hello… um.

I was told to come here because I hurt my head…”  She stood up from her chair, she had on a long lab coat, she definitely looked like a doctor.

She had me sit down on a bed as she took a look at my head.

It felt weird when she was moving my head and hair around.

“You got a serious egg growing. How'd you do this?” I wasn't really sure what to say “i- uh.

Got hit” “by what?” “I-i can't… remember.” She nodded then walked over to her small desk.

She pulled out a small cotton pad, then a small jar of the grape jelly.

She dipped the pad into it but it have the consistency of honey.

She then came back over and placed it right on the bump.

Then wrapped my head so it would stay in place.

“Don't sleep until three hours from now and by morning time you can take off the wraps and it will be good as new~” she said as she took off her gloves and threw them in the trash.

I touched the wraps.

“Uh- t-thanks…” I said, then got up from the bed.

“If you have any more questions or concerns, I'm always here to give you an answer~” she was so nice and kind.

I smiled at her once again.

“Th-thank you, I will.” I made my way out of the office, feeling better on the outside and inside.

I walked down the hall with a smile on my face.

I went back to munakata's office and crawled up on his lap like a cat. “Puurrr~” I wasn't sure why I felt so happy, but it was like all my problems floated out the window.

Munakata looked down on me and gave me a smirk, “I knew she said it gave New users a high but I never thought it'd turn them into a cat”
