I woke up this morning realizing what day it was. "ugh Monday!" I said to my self. I got up and put on a black shirt and a nice white collared shirt. my name is Sophie and I'm in the 8th grade. "I hate the middle school dress code!" I say to myself. I put on some mascara and lip gloss then went downstairs. "Hey dad!" I say. "Hey sweetie." he said while putting on his shoes. I made a pop tart and hugged my dad goodbye because he was leaving for work. I sat on the couch and ate my pop tart while watching t.v.. I smiled realizing I was home alone. I got my phone out and put on vine. I saw a new vine from cameron Dallas, nash Grier, and the one and only Hayes Grier. the vine was called real life Wii characters. I laughed so hard and watched the video another ten times. I got up to get some juice while scrolling through all the vines and spilled grape juice on my white collar shirt. "Noo,"I yelled. I ran upstairs in anger and changed my shirt.When I was done I curled my hair and put some Flats on. I grabbed my backpack abd put it on my shoulders. I grabbed my phone and house keys and started walking to school. I put on my headphones and started listening to music.When I got to school I was 5 minutes late. I walked in my first period class and sat down. I started doing my work and heard my teacher say we have a new student.I didn't care so I kept doing my work. "you can have that seat by Sophie, Sophie please raise your hand."the teacher said. I raised my hand but didn't look up. "Oh ok,"the new student said. I thought the voice sounded familiar but I didn't look up. I saw the new kid sit next to me out of the corner of my eye. "Hey um, Sophie? can you help me with this math problem I don't really understand it."the new kid said. "im Hayes by the way, Hayes Grier."at that moment I looked up and my life changed forever.
