A rare ship appears! I haven't seen this one before, so time to make this one up.

Also, this is one out of three Korekiyo requests so prepare for the mini spam of Kork chapters over the days, with a non-request chapter in between somewhere. I'm more surprised that I have not received one Ouma request on this book. (Until a couple of days later)

It was her duty to have done what she did. That was her justification.
She had to escape, she had to continue ruling over her country as prime minister. Nobody in this school knew how long Kirumi suffered or what it cost to feel the despair of her people. All she could do was to serve the few citizens she did live with to the best of her ability as a maid. She would do anything for them. Even kill them if they said so, and she did not hesitate to comply this time. However, Kirumi only thought of one person doing the deed, and it wasn't the victim, Ryoma Hoshi.
It was the one man who could've understood her worries, had he known.
Korekiyo Shinguuji: the man who she knew she could not love and yet fell more in love with him everyday.
All in all, she did it for his sake. He knew how to love unconditionally because he sometimes talked of a certain family member of his in a very high way, and that was the way she wanted to talk of him sometimes.
Kirumi wanted him to survive as she was discovered, even if she denied it all. Her fate was already in script when the detective pinned her down as the only one who could've killed Ryoma.
It was done. But she didn't give up.
When the bear finally revealed everything, she could only stare at Korekiyo's shocked expression as they all watched her motive. Even though it was meant for her to give up, she wanted one final chance to confess her feelings to him.
Walking to where he stood and kissed him fiercefully, filled with only how much she loved him. But before he could respond, she ran out of the court room to live for her country and for Korekiyo's sake.
But before she knew it, she was already in the middle of her execution
