I promised Gwen I wouldn’t hang up as long as she keeps her fangirling to a minimum, which in Gwen’s case must have been extremely hard, but she seemed to manage.
I figured nobody had been woken by my early morning facetime call, that was until there was a light tap on the door, soon followed by the door opening, revealing a tired looking Harry.
“uuh lee! Is someone there?!”
“Umm, I have to go, see ya Gwen!” I quickly clicked the ‘end’ button and turned to face Harry.
How on earth could someone who just woke up look so damn amazing!?
“Oh crap! Did I wake you Haz?”
He sleepily grinned at me.
“Naah, I just decided to come for a chat, at 2 in the morning” he winked cheekily.
“So... In other words, I woke you up...”
“Yup!” he said, popping the p.
“But I don’t mind! I have barely spoken to my Lee-Lee since you got here!”
He smiled down at me with the amazing, dimpled ‘Harry smile’ that always manages to send my heart into crazy flutters. He then took a seat beside me on the bed. Which I now realised was Gemma’s, and since she has her own place now, I figured this would be my room from now on, or at least until I turn 18.
“So...” He started, as he draped his arm over my shoulders.
The one thing about Harry and I was, no matter how close we were, It never seemed awkward, and no matter how long we were away from each other, our friendship never died. I hadn’t seen harry in almost 2 whole years, and it was already beginning to feel just like old times.
“I’ve missed you Haz” I said as I rested my head on his shoulder, causing my long brown hair to cover my face.
“I’ve missed you more...” he added cheekily.
“Nuh-ah!” I said childishly, sticking my tongue out.
“Ya-huh!”
“Oh gosh, Haz, don’t start this.”
“You’re just afraid I’ll win!”
Yup, it is definitely like old times, and I’m happy to say, fame has definitely not changed Harry.

“Did you guys sleep well?” Anne asked, trying to make conversation while we were eating our breakfast, at the large wooden table.
Harry looked at me raising one eyebrow then answered his mum with a simple ‘yes’. He obviously decided to skip the story about my 2am facetime call, and the fact that we had stayed up talking all night.
That’s another thing I missed, and love about Harry, we could talk for hours and never run out of things to talk about, he really was the only person I can talk to about anything, especially since my mother’s passing.
I figured Anne had told Harry not to mention my mum, while I was asleep, seeming the entire 3 hours me and Haz were talking, he never brought the subject up at all.
“Oh harry, you two better get dressed and ready soon! Don’t forget the boys are coming today! I’ve gotten the bungalow ready” Anne beamed across the table.
“Oh yeah, almost forgot! Leah, the boys are staying with us for a couple of weeks before we go off on tour! They’re all really excited to see you again...”
“Awesome!” I smiled happily. Then the second part of Harry’s sentence began to sink in...
Harry may not have changed...But his life sure has.
I went up stairs after breakfast and went back to ‘my room’. I unzipped my red suitcase and rummaged through, trying to find something decent to wear. I decided on my favourite pair of light blue skinny leg jeans and a simple white blouse.
I then carried my chosen clothes into the bathroom and placed them on the counter, throwing my pyjamas into the hamper and stepping into the shower.
I just stood under the hot water for a few minutes, enjoying the warmth of the water; I then picked up my favourite raspberry shampoo and massaged it into my hair letting the familiar scent fill my senses. After thoroughly rinsing my hair I stepped out of the shower, instantly getting chills from the cold air.
If there was one thing I already missed about home, it was the heat, I had only just gotten used to the Australian weather, and now, I was back to cold weather.
I quickly dried myself and pulled on my chosen outfit, then took a look at my reflection in the mirror, my long, light brown hair was hanging damp over my shoulders, and my blouse was sitting nicely over my curves. I decided to skip makeup today, leaving my lightly freckled, ivory face and blue eyes be.
I then walked out of the bathroom and headed down the stairs, ready to be reunited with the boys.
