Chapter 3~

Ruth's pov ~

I went outside so Jordan knew which house to go to. I saw him run out the door and look around.

"Hey Jordan, over here!" I yelled. He looked over and started to run to my house. I had made some popcorn and picked up soda when I was at the store, I hope he likes Pepsi.

"H-hey." Jordan said out of breath.

"Hey." I replied smiling. I opened the door so we could both walk into my house.

"Nice house." Jordan said looking around.

"I especially like that poster." he pointed at my VeturianTale poster that I made with him and Vahl.

"Thanks! I made it when I first started to watch you guys a few years ago." I said from the kitchen.

"You made that?! It's amazing!" I walked out of the kitchen with some popcorn and soda.

"Yeah, I don't really do much art anymore but thanks!" I smiled and showed him to the living room.i turned on my Xbox 360 and put the movie in. when I turned around I saw Jordan in my Superman snuggie.

"Will you be my kryptonite?" He said making a weird face.

"If that's your way of asking me out then yeah." I said sarcastically, I sat down and turned on the movie.

He sat down next to me and did the 'fake yawn so I can put my arm around her' thing. I smiled and snuggled into him.

About half way into the movie I fell asleep, when I woke up I noticed Jordan was asleep....and it was midnight.

I shook him awake and asked if he wanted to spend the night. He called Isaac to say he wouldn't be back till tomorrow. I made the couch into a bed and insisted that he stay in mine.

"Well someone's sleeping on the couch and it's not gonna be you." I said crossing my arms.

"Well I'm not gonna make you stay out here!"

"Shhh my moms sleeping." I said laughing.

"We could both sleep in your bed, I mean it would solve all this." he said shifting awkwardly.

"Hmmm. Okay."

JORDANS POV ~

"Hmmm. Okay." I didn't think she would agree. She walked towards her room and stopped at the door. she turned around on her heels and made a face.

"Maybe not." She said blushing.

"Why?" I was being curious not pushy.

"Because....I may or may not have a comforter with your symbol on it...." She was a deep red, it's was kinda cute actually.

"Aww, that's adorable!" I said a little too loudly.

"What's going on out here?!" Her mom came out of her room sleepily. i shifted and let Ruth explain it.

"Uhm. I was gonna let Jordan sleep in my bed cause its late, but he didn't want me to stay on the couch so we were gonna share the bed." She was looking everywhere but at her mom.

"Isn't this the guy you never shut up about?" Her mom said getting a better look at me.

"How about we all just go to sleep? How's that sound Jordan?" She said changing the subject.

"Never shut up about you say?" I smirked at Ruth and stepped closer to her.

"Never, she once said she wa-" Ruth put her hand in her moms mouth.

"Was, what?" I asked.

"Ew she licked me!" Ruth took her hand away wiping in on her mom.

"She said she was gonna marry you."

Ruth blushed a deep red and looked down.

"I might have to take you up on that offer." I joked. Her mom winked at me and went back to her room.

Ruth opened her door and walked in, I followed.

"Not so fast lover boy." She smirked.

"What, why?"

"I'm not sleeping in this!"She motioned to her skinny jeans and VenturainTale shirt.

"Oh." This time I was the one blushing. I walked out and waited. A few minutes later she opened her door and let me in. She was only wearing an oversized Skyrim shirt.

"Like what you see?" She winked. I blushed and looked down.

"I'm just kidding." She picked something up and walked over to me. She handed me a shirt and plaid pajama bottoms.

"Thanks." I was still red in the cheeks.

"Before my brother left for the navy he left some clothes, they should fit." I left went into her bathroom and changed. I walked back into her room and sat on her bed.

"You weren't kidding about the comforter, huh?" She sat down next to me and laughed.

"Nope, but it's late and I have plans for us tomorrow."

"Sounds fun." I pulled away the covers and laid down. I turned on my side and put my arms around Ruth.

"Goodnight."

"Night."
