A week passed and Lisa was like one of the sistas. Although we got close to her, she didn't really get to meet anyone else because Tee and I were preoccupied with school. When Saturday came back around, we were given a great opportunity to introduce Lisa to some people because Tae said she was throwin a party.

Me: Hey. Y'all heard Tae was throwin a party?

Tee: No. Why?

Me: This would be a good way to let Lisa meet people.

Tee: Whateva.

Lisa: Tae?

Me: Yea. She's one of our friends.

Lisa: Oh.

Tee: She better have some good ass drinks.

Lisa: I'm with you on that one.

She said dapping Tee off.

Tee: What time's it for?

Me: Eight.

Tee: Aight.

Lisa: So do I have to wear a dress or somethin?

Me: Hell naw.

Tee: Girl. If you plan on actually partying and getting down, you ain't wearing no dress.

Me: If you want, you can wear somethin of ours.

Lisa: Naah. I think I got somethin in mind.

Me: Ok then. Imma go get ready.

After I got ready, I went in the living room and Lisa and Tee were still sitting there in the same clothes.

Me: What are y'all doing?! It's damn near eight And y'all ain't even trying to get ready!

Tee: Really?

She asked looking at the clock.

Me: Uh, yeah!

Tee: Ok. Ok. Chill out, we don't have to be there when it starts anyway.

Me: Ok fine. Just get dressed.

Tee: Aight.

Both of them got up and left.

It was 8:30 when they came out of the room. Lisa was wearing some ripped white skinny jeans and a white denim jacket with stuff graffitied all over it. Then she put on this big hat that matched the jacket.

Lisa: Y'all saw my black tennis?

She said searching around the room.

Tee: Yea, they under the bed.

Lisa: Thanks.

Tee came in the living room wearing a blue sweater with white shorts and a white sweater around her waist. She also had on some white tube socks with black tennis and a dark blue baseball cap backwards on her head.

Me: Those socks tho...

Tee: My socks look fine. I don't know what you talking about.

I rolled my eyes.

Me: Y'all ready to go?

Lisa and Tee: Yea.

We finally got to the party at 9, and Tae greeted us when we walked in.
