Denial {Eustass Kid x Reader}

I'm sorry

(Y/N) pov

I've been part of the kid pirates for about 2 months now. And other than that first awkward day between me and Eustass nothing else has happened. Part of me was a little sad about it.

It's all been smooth sailing, we've run into a few Marines and low-level Pirates here and there, but nothing that any of us couldn't handle.

Eustass was down in his Workshop working with Killer like always. I wanted to go see what they are always working on in there, but every time I make my way down there I can never get myself knock, and just walk away.

It was a very hot day. The sun was big and bright, high in the cloudless sky. We were pretty close to a summer Island so I took this chance to slip into my (f/c) bikini and a pair of denim shorts. I grabbed my favorite book before heading to the deck.

"Hey (y/n) what are you doing today?"
Heat asks while casting his fishing pole.

"Nothing to do today, so I'm gonna enjoy the weather and read my book"

About 20 minutes into my book I hear someone shout.

"Ship approaching from behind us"

No one had time to react before a loud explosion was heard and a cannon ball ripped through the side of the ship.

I got launched from my chair and slammed into the main mast from the blast.

"It's the Davis pirates" shouted Wire, who just came up on deck followed closely by an angry Killer and Eustass.

"Are these mother fuckers crazy? Do they not know who we are?" Kid growled.

As the Davis pirates ship came up beside us they immediately started to storm our ship. I start to get up when I realised that I didn't have my daggers with me.

"Shit"

Everyone is now ingaged in battle, myself included. I've killed 3 men allready slashing their throats with a knife I found on a dead man's body.

I made my fourth kill by plunging the knife all the way into the mans heart. As I was standing over his lifeless body trying to pull it out, everything went black.

Kids pov

As I stood on deck killing man after man I realised I didn't see (y/n) anymore, and started to worry a bit.

"Retreat" is all I here and the ship starts to pull away.

I just laugh and say "Attract" all the metal on the deck comes flying toward me. As soon as I collect it all I say "Repeal" and it all goes flying the the Davis pirates ship, ripping up the sails and punching holes in the hull sinking it.

I immediately began to look for (y/n).
I soon notice a small boat in the water about 30 yards from the ship.

I see Captain Dylan Davis standing up looking my way. In front of him he has (y/n) on her knees. A fistfull of her (h/l) (h/c) hair in one hand and a blade to her throat in the other.

"IF YOU TRY ANYTHING, SHE DIES!"

I grit my teeth and growl. There's only one Island close enough for them to make it to in that small of a boat. As soon as I know that she's made it there safely I will go and get her, and torture that bastard to death for touching what's mine.

After the boat disappears I yelled for my men to set sail and follow them.

We get to the island about 30 minutes later and when I see this small boat washed ashore we anchor there.
