Another week another dinner. This time it wasn't just me and Jane but a group of people we were somewhat close with. I mean, they were no Jane. They had never had dinner with my family or gone on a family vacation with me nor vice-versa, but they were alright. They were actually pretty cool and I had almost forgotten about that till tonight, and now, a few hours upon my arrival at this dinner, I was rethinking that all over again. Ok, so maybe it was partially my fault for being caught on the phone smiling a number of times. But it was Jane' fault for telling them his name and giving them a computer so they could stalk him. I figured he should probably get a heads up.
It's possible that my friends saw me smiling at my phone and are now facebook stalking you Please don't be creeped out, I thought to myself
I'm honoured! How is my profile holding up? I received his text almost immediately after. I heard a squeal and looked at the computer before answering.
Someone squealed at a picture of you at the beach, so... I'd say you're doing alright!
Was that someone you? He asks and I laugh. It could have been...
No, I've seen that picture so many times I can stifle it now...
You sure know how to lift a bloke's spirts!
You may wake up to about a million friend requests...
Stop it now, you're making me blush!
If it helps, I also find everyone I know from that group extremely attractive! I frown at my phone for a second, was he hitting on my friends through me. I read it again and understood what he meant. I replied quickly.
You only know me... :/ ???
That seems to be the case, doesn't it? ... 😇
Oh my 😳
My friend Charles who I had not noticed was looking over my shoulder squealed. "Yass! This is endgame!!!" He says loudly and before I can do anything Rosa steals my phone from my hands.
"Oh bloody hell, you two are disgustingly cute." She mutters and now my phone is passing around everyone.
