Cuddle Preferences

(A/N: Hey guys! Thanks for reading, as you can probably figure out I really like to fluff it up in my book, so this will be a reoccurring theme in this story. There might be some angsty stuff though because I'm planning out something new for this book so hopefully you guys will like!) (Also I'm sorry if my updates are inconsistent but with work and school and everything I'm really trying okay pls don't come at me, but I'll try to update as much as a can whenever I can)

Shiro

Shiro likes to be touching you at all times, not in a weird way though. He always likes to hold your hand whenever he can, and he'll sit or stand unfathomably close to you whether you're reading or making repairs to the ship. Whatever the case he's always close-by just in case you need him for anything. At night is no different, he'll scoot close to you and wrap his arms around you as tight as he can without making you uncomfortable or claustrophobic, then he'll put his forehead against yours and breathe with you. He enjoys this much more than he should, but amidst all the chaos and stressful atmosphere of the war, he relishes in the fact that at night he can just be close to you and listen to you breathe. Because he never wants to see the day when your breath isn't there to be listened to.

Keith

Keith has never been the one to pack on the PDA, but you on the other hand happen to love touching and kissing and the whole sha-bang (A/N: if you're not into this I'm sorry just change it best you can I guess). So evidently he does feel bad when you reach for his hand during a meeting and he pulls his away, he just doesn't want the others to think that this relationship has clouded his judgment or put his head in the clouds. He sees the hurt look on your face and his heart drops for a second, but you know that Keith loves you, he just wants to look professional in front of his fellow paladins. So, at night, he makes sure to make it up to you with cuddles and kisses and the whole sha-bang, he's always the big spoon and he likes to press kisses to your exposed shoulder. He wants to make sure you know he loves you and is happy that he is the one by your side.

Lance

Lance is such a sucker for PDA, only when it's with you though, he's as grossed out by other people kissing and getting it on in public as much as the next guy. With you, he'll hold your hand all the time and kiss you whether you look really down or really happy, he knows that you love his affection and his flirty comments so he really lays it on thick with you. He only really gets down to the straight-up compliments when you two are alone, he wants you to know that he doesn't just go out with you for your looks, he loves you because of your personality and your laugh and for the way you love him even when he's being an idiot and flirting with other aliens during missions. So when prime sleeping hours come rolling around, he prefers to lay on top of you, he'll bury his face in  your neck and wind his arms around your waist. Your arms usually rest on his back and draw shapes and spell words, sometimes he'll press feather-light kisses to your neck and he'll whisper affirmations of his love and why he thinks you're an amazing person.

Hunk

You and Hunk are kind of like the adult couple, granted you two aren't the oldest ones on the ship or the least childish ones by far, but your relationship is considered by the residents of the castle-ship as a mature and respected relationship. Lies are never an issue as neither you or Hunk have the ability to lie to one another, jealousy isn't a thought because if you're not in battle with the Galra or their minions, you and Hunk are usually in the kitchen baking or experimenting with the alien ingredients and sharing feedback on what tastes good with what. Hunk really does cherish having you as a partner because you share interests, you both share a love for cooking, and you love him because of countless things and you tell him this all the time. Sleeping is no different, usually you and comfortably resting on his chest while one hand is carding through your hair and the other is gently rubbing your back. You usually return the favor of getting an every night back rub by giving Hunk a scalp massage. No one really knows but you running your fingers through his hair or gently scratching your nails along his scalp is the most relaxing thing he has ever known.

Pidge-podge

Pidge doesn't even come go to sleep at night so the only "cuddling" that goes on is you carrying her to bed when she happens to fall asleep because when she does (which is rare) she does it in the most random places you can think of. So Pidge doesn't get much cuddles by choice I guess. But, you two like to show love by doing things other than sleeping together and that's what counts.
