It is always difficult to begin. Always. Maybe not. To be specific, it is always difficult to begin the right way.

The reason why this is important is because it goes with the saying, 'No good ending can be expected with the absence of the right beginning.'

Maybe it is true. That's why it always goes wrong for me, Taehyung thinks. His audible sigh steers attention from the shopkeeper as he hands over the money.

What about the ones who stumbled on their first step? They should be given chances too, right? Was it that much of a sin that I've to be deprived of happiness for this long?

Taehyung knew. He knew that his thoughts and rants is not going to solve any of his problems. He knew its is not going to warm his hands during the winter . He knew it was all pointless.

He couldn't help it though.

He thought and thought. His eyes used to always focus on the cherry blossom design on his wall, where he used to think and argue with himself, questioning his choices, beliefs, reasons. He demanded answers. All of this just resulted with him sleeping with tear soaked cheeks and waking up with the same questions again.

"Hey young man! We have many more customers!"

"AH! I'm sorry! Thank you so much" With a bow, he skipped out of the supermarket, carrying his two weeks supply of groceries.

As cliché as it sounds, Taehyung bumped onto a person on the pavement. This wasn't something new for him, and he used to always mutter some apologies and walk away red faced. This time, he knew who it was. He wasn't even surprised at all.

"Li-listen, I can exp-"
"HOBI HYUNG! SINCE WHEN DID YOU START STALKING PEOPLE!" Taehyung yelped, one of his bags almost slipping from his hand.

"Aish dumbo, why can't it be a coincidence?"

"You are holding two ice cream cones and last time I checked, you used to chicken out by the idea of dating and eating alone."

"OKAY FINE. GET IN", he huffed. The younger rolled his eyes and got inside the car meanwhile glaring at the other.

For Taehyung, Hoseok or Hobi as he was dearly called, was a person whom you could have 2pm deep talks, who would buy you literally anything and will treat you with the ideal morning breakfast.
Its not just this, Hoseok was literally Taehyung's cuddle machine, daily motivator, life's fairy light and what not. He was literally the personification of cinnamon. Warm and cuddly.

"Hyung, you seem tired."

"You look like you escaped an effing zoo. That too, from a panda's cage", Hoseok narrowed his eyes.

"Atleast I already had a dull face. It doesn't make that much of a difference! You've gotten eye bags", the younger one complained, sighing deeply.

The car screeched to a halt. The elder male rolled his eyes and dragged the other one to the park. Although Taehyung was more than willing to go.

"This park is so free from all that Sunday rush, I wonder how!", Taehyung spoke while he was being dragged to the park bench.

"Well it would be better if you would stop wondering and finally tell me something about your stupid effing problems for once! QUIT BEING AN ANNOYING RATTATA FOR ONCE KIM TAEHYUNG!"Hoseok yelled, his face flushed and his eyes closed.

"Yah hyung what has gotten into you!"

"I'm leaving."

"Hyung!"

"Go home yourself."

"Hyung."

Hoseok stopped. His hands were placed on Taehyung's shoulders as he stood beside him.

"What is wrong with you?"Hoseok asked, his gaze not tearing away from the auburn haired boy.

Its funny how humans tend to have this habit of blurting out words which completely go against what they want to convey. Hobi really wanted to replace his words with 'Taehyung ah. How do you feel?'
Both of them stared at the playground, focusing on each other's breaths whilst debating who should speak up first.

"I feel distressed, anxious, sad and lonely and just... just out of place hyung. I don't belong here. I want to go back. I really want to go back somewhere....I want things to go back to how they were"

Oh. Oh. Taehyung had re-shifted back to Daegu, after a year of stay in Seoul as he did not like it there. Perhaps he misses the place now.

"Pabo, you are homesick! Aish! Come over to my place today, okay?", Hobi said, drawing circles on the other's back, and slowly inhaling the sweet cold evening air.

The Taehyung whom Hoseok knew, would actually prefer the countryside atmosphere than that of Seoul. It actually seemed very unlikely for him.

That's when Hoseok realised, something was up.
He's lying.
Little did he know, it all revolved around this one person.
