Beyond the Last Star

Chapter 10(Part 1)- Jordan

As Emarke walked down the stairs I looked outside and saw the ground was littered with little specks of what appear to be plants. All shapes and sizes they vary from the size of a mino (dime) to the size of a racball (tennis ball.) What the hell are those?  I wonder as I sit down on Em's bed to check my phone. I yawn and shiver as I hear the window creak. I glance nervously towards it, noticing it seems darker than it had been before. I hear it creak again and see something dark shift outside the window. The room suddenly feels very hot, sweltering almost. I fall backwards and hit the floor with a thud, screaming out in pain as I hear my sister nervously call back up to me. I see her come through the doorway and gasp. The world turns several shades of green and I start to shake. Everything is dizzy and I can't tell which way is up and which is down. The green turns to purple as I noticed sounds in the room. I can't tell what's going on but before I could say anything to Emarke everything was black. No sound was in my head and I was still. Cold even. I couldn't remember what had happened, only that I was asleep and I wouldn't wake up anytime soon.
