Timeskip to when you and the others have met up with Gran Torino and the other pro heroes.

"Children? Hey you're injured! They look pretty serious, are you okay?" asked one of the heroes.

We told them how we were doing injury-wise. I was pretty lucky, only a few bumps and bruises. I was careful not to get cut after Midoriya filling me in on Stain's quirk. I also only joined the fight towards the end, so I had gone through much less than Shoto, Midoriya, and Iida.

I turned to Shoto, now that we were safe, and began, "Shoto, are you ok-"

I was cut off by a bear-like hug. Shoto spoke into my shoulder as he lowered his head to hug me, "you idiot! Why did you come alone! You should have brought someone with you, it was dangerous to do that, you know." I was still in shock by the fact that Shoto Todoroki was actually hugging me, but I smiled and hugged back, knowing that he cared.

But you did the same thing, Todoroki, Midoriya thought to himself. Midoriya smiled, knowing how close Todoroki and (Y/N) were.

As Shoto and I pulled apart, Iida steps back, facing us, and apologised for our injuries. Midoriya apologised too, and Shoto, being the guy that he is, simply encouraged Iida to keep it together.

"I'm just glad you're better now, I of all people should have known to help you more. Please talk to us if you need someone, okay?" I said. Iida simply gave a nod.

I remembered all of their injuries, and said, "you guys should go get treated, your injuries seem pr-"

"Everyone get down!" I hear someone yell.

"A villain?"

I squatted down but looked up to see what was going on. I saw one of the Nomus, and before I knew it, I couldn't feel the ground beneath my feet anymore, only the vice grip around my body and the wind on my face.

"(Y/N)!!!" I heard my friends yell. I tried to reach for any of my weapons but the moment I moved the Nomu's grip on me tightened to the point I thought I was going to snap in half. I screamed out of pain as I heard the cracking of bones under Nomu's hold.

"(Y/N)!!" It was just Shoto this time. I didn't know what to do. I was moving so quickly and my friends were getting smaller and smaller.

Suddenly, Nomu freezed in the air, no longer flapping it's wings. I saw a dark shadow fly past me and stab Nomu in the head. We start falling down towards the ground.

Once we landed, I couldn't hear anything for a moment. But the moment I could, the first word I heard was 'purged'.

And then, "This is all.. to create a more just society."

There was something so deep and terrifying in the way Stain finished that sentence. As if it was something he had spent a hundred years perfecting and another hundred acting on. It was a belief which he lived and breathed.

Nomu no longer held his grip on me, but now Stain did. I was utterly terrified at this point, he had just stabbed the Nomu in the head, twisted the dagger, and yanked it out, and there was this dark, evil aura around him. There was darkness emanating from him. His eyes were clouded over and his jaws hung open like a doll. I tried squirming my way out of his hold, I wanted to get as far away from this monster as possible. With any other villain, I may have just read his mind to try and manipulate things to go my way, but... Stain is different. I don't dare to look inside his mind.

Soon, I heard Endeavour had arrived. Thank goodness. I felt a sudden release on my back. Stain had let go. I flipped onto my back quickly, and was about to run away when I see the Hero Killer face Endeavour and the other heroes.

"You fakes..." He stood straight and started moving towards them. The sky turned black like ink and the crescent moon turned red like blood. Nobody could move.

"The only one who I'll let kill me, is All Might!" The air was thick, and I don't think I had ever been that scared in my life. It was like my heart stopped out of fear.

But then I heard the clattering of a blade drop. He was unconscious. I could breathe again. I wanted to move further away but my body wouldn't let me. My limbs felt like noodles and unfortunately I still felt what I assumed to be a broken rib from Nomu. I close my eyes to try and slow my heart rate which was still dangerously high.

I heard footsteps running towards me so I opened my eyes. I saw Shoto running towards me.

"Shoto, I'm fine, I ju-" He cut me off again, but this time with a kiss to the forehead. Without a word, he lifted me up and walked me back to our friends. As he was carrying me, I looked up at him. My heart rate wasn't going down despite how safe I felt now. I realised how I missed him after not seeing him for just a few days. I think I like Shoto... what do I do now with this new information?

"Did the Nomu hurt you, (Y/N)?" he asked as he put me down, interrupting my very important thoughts about him. Before I could answer, he sat down very close behind me and pulled me in so my back was leaning on his chest and he against a wall.

"U-um, y-yeah, m-my ribs.." I stuttered. Arghhh (Y/N) why did you stutter!!? Maybe it was how comfortable it was sitting on Shoto.

"Don't worry, I'll tell the paramedics as soon as they arrive." He replied. "Where does it hurt?"

"U-uh, mainly around here," I gestured to my right side. Shoto then out of nowhere wrapped his left arm around across me and held his hand against where I was hurting and soothed it with his ice. It all really surprised me. I never thought Shoto would go this far to look out for me.

The pro heroes were busy dealing with the unconscious Stain so they didn't see Shoto's incredibly out of character display of affection. However Midoriya and Iida did, and their jaws were basically touching the ground.

As much as I liked being in Shoto's arms and having him care for me, I was still genuinely curious as to why Shoto was acting like this. "Shoto, why a-"

"Because you nearly got taken away from me and I can't let that happen. You mean too much to me."

Boi, does he like interrupting me - wait what. Before I could reply the paramedics arrived and whisked me away. Don't worry, Shoto and I ended up in the same vehicle. I wanted to say something but I didn't know what. Do I tell him that I like him? Do I tell him how much he means to me too? In times like these when I'm confused, I can always read someone's mind, but I decided to stop doing that a few years ago because I didn't think that was a good thing to do. I think Shoto noticed how I was stuck for words by the way I kept staring at him with my mouth half open but no sound coming out.

"It's okay, don't feel like you have to say something back," he told me.

The words that came out of my mouth a second later were so natural that I didn't even have to think about it: "and this is why I like you."

I gave him a smile, and saw him smile too as he looked away.
