Let part 2 begin, shall we :D (I'm rereading this and read it in Corinne's voice, anyone watch Corinne vs Pin? xD)
Timeskip to when both (Y/N) and Todoroki reach Hosu City. Both of them just received Izuku's location text.
Your POV
"Here, lie back, you've got a bad bruise on your side and a busted shoulder," I say to a man who fell from the second floor as one of the Nomus wreaked havoc in a very building-dense area. "Take this, it's just some painkillers, you're already with the officers so they'll take you to the hospital as soon as they can, so don't worry, you're safe. Hopefully this will help you feel a little better. I know it really hurts." I told the man, beads of sweat on both our foreheads. I was using my quirk. I felt all his pain and fear, and man, did this guy have a bad landing. But I had to smile through it so that I could make some of the fear could go away.
"Are you okay? You look like you're in pain too," said the man.
"Oh, don't worry, that's just my quirk. It lets me feel people's thoughts and physical pain. I use it so that I know exactly how I can help you," I replied.
"Thank you, hero"
His gratitude touched me. My method of helping people is painful, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
"You're welcome," I smiled, "I have to get going now, but stay here, and you'll be safe, okay?" I waved goodbye to the man and left to help guide others when I heard my phone go off. I quickly checked who it was from. Midoriya? He doesn't usually message me very often, and when he does he has a specific question. I open the message and it's just his location. This doesn't seem in the norm for Midoriya. Something's up. I forwarded his location to Thirteen.
"Thirteen, sorry, I have to go, I'll explain when I'm back! Send help to the address I just send you when you can!" I yelled. And with that, I ran towards Midoriya. My friend needed my help.
I ran as fast as I could, which wasn't extraordinarily fast considering my quirk wasn't able help. The more I ran the more scared I got, what if Midoriya was really hurt? What if I wouldn't be able to help even once I got there? Midoriya is strong, if he is in trouble, how could I help? I'm not able to keep my distance when fighting, I can only do hand to hand combat.
I saw flames. Then ice. Shoto? I turned the corner and saw three people on the ground, and Shoto with two knives buried in his forearm. I recognise Midoriya and Iida. They all look injured. Even without using my quirk I felt the tense atmosphere. I look past Shoto to see who they were against and I saw... the Hero Killer.
He's scarier in person. My hand flew to my weapon.
I saw he jumped to kill the remaining person on the ground, so I quickly took out my gun and shot his shoulder. My gun doesn't shoot bullets, it shoots darts. When creating my costume for UA, I designed a serum which acted on nerve cells and so caused pain similar to that of a gunshot wound, but caused little to no actual damage.
"Another one? One after another. Do I have to kill you too?" he growled at me. "Ingenium... Some friends you've got." I saw he carried his arm like it was heavier, but he certainly wasn't showing his pain. The Hero Killer grunted as he pulled out the dart and tossed it aside.
"(Y/N)!! What are you doing here!?" Iida yelled.
"(Y/N)?" Shoto's eyes landed on me and widened. I glanced at him but my eyes quickly went back to Stain's body. I kept my gun up and aimed at him.
"I got Midoriya's message. Pro heroes should be here soon. We-"
Before I knew it Stain was up already, and jumped over everyone to land next to me. His blade was up and so close that I could see my reflection behind the blood already on it. Luckily I've trained in martial arts since I was in middle school, as I knew that my quirk wouldn't help in times like these. I was able to dodge the blade, barely, and distance myself from him again. I whipped out my stun gun, and shot a bullet which would electrocute anything it touched at Stain's blade. Metal conducts electricity. Unless Stain wanted to electrocute himself, he wouldn't be able to use that sword anymore as it was charged with a high voltage now.
Stain laughed, "you're smart, shooting the blade instead of me.. but you did something you should never do.... assume the number of weapons on your opponent" and he threw three daggers in my direction.
Before I could react, someone grabbed me and brought us out of the way while the daggers dug themselves into a wall of ice instead of me. I looked up at saw Iida.
We continued fighting, Midoriya also eventually regaining his mobility. I knew Iida was going through a lot of trauma, and I tried to help, but I realised that I should have tried harder. As his friend I shouldn't have let him reach this point of anger and hatred. However what Shoto had said to him seemed to have reached Iida, and I was relieved.
"My radiator's broken!" I heard Iida exclaim.
"Shoto! Can you freeze Iida's leg without blocking the exhausts? Then he'll have one more shot!" I yell.
I saw Midoriya move, okay then, four on one. We can do this.
I took aim at the area right above where Stain was grabbing hold of the wall he was on. Midoriya began moving in, and so did Iida. So I shot the wall, making the brick crumble and forcing Stain to jump off.
"GO!" Shoto and I screamed.
Midoriya and Iida attacked together, knocking out the Hero Killer.
All of us stood there, silent, the only sound being our heavy breathing.
"We should restrain him," said Shoto.
"Yeah, I'll get some rope"
...so I just hit 1000 words again, I guess there's gonna be a part three!
