Debrief

Percy POV
After setting ourselves up on camp grounds there was a mandatory cabin leaders debriefing. Myself and Espiravit went to speak with Chiron and the leaders of the cabins. As you would expect Annabeth is the immortal leader of the Athena cabin and apparently also has special privileges as a sort of honourary camp counsellor as well. The same concept applied with Will in Apollo cabin except he was also the head healer. Head of Poseidon's cabin and the only member of the cabin was my dear idiot of a brother. I'm honestly surprised he lived this long considering he wasnt made immortal like the others. Aphrodite, led by Piper, Zeus by Jason, Ares by Frank, Hephaestus by Leo and you get the point. All my old friends were present except for Hazel. Some of the faces looked unfamiliar so I chocked it up to them being new campers.

"No time to dawdle, let's get down to business. I'll be straight with you, I am Oblitus, head of the alpha army of Lady Chaos. This is my second in command Espiravit. We have been tasked with helping you lot with your problem since you apparently can't deal with it yourself." by the end of that sentence I felt a painful jab at my ribs which I assumed came from Espiravit, because who else would dare.

Of course the pride of Athena could not let this comment slide "Who even said we needed help? We certainly didn't ask for it"

"For the spawn of two intelligent beings that was a very dumb comment. My Lady Chaos oversees every world that ever existed and ever will exist. She is the most intelligent being which has ever lived and ever will live. She can see everything at all times and makes calculated decisions as to who she should grace with the blessing of her army. Despite her name her sole purpose is to save the worlds from decending into chaos. And believe me you should count yourself lucky that it is. If she says that you need our help, then you most certainly do. Don't let your hubris be the reason your world burns," with that she shuts up pretty quickly much to my pleasure.

"Moving on, as I was saying, you are our task and until our Lady tells us differently we will be here to help. We will fight your war til our dying breath. The rest of my army will introduce themselves before your feast. We do not require you to provide us with accomodations, for we come with our own. We also do not require food as we also come with our own. Our only request is that you stay away from our accomodations unless you are specially invited by one of the members. My army will help teach you how to fight hand to hand combat and even with battle strategies. We will additionally help honing the power in which you were blessed with based on your godly parentage. My army and myself wake up before sunrise daily to train and after the weekend we will expect you to do the same. Before even breakfast you are expected to have done some training. During the next few days you will see my team and I observing the camp. We will be taking note of your strengths and weaknesses so we can know what you need training in and what group we can put you in. Any questions?"

Jason piped up "Are you going to reveal your identities or are you going to keep those hoods on during the entire time here?"

"Neither. I choose not to reveal who I am. None of you deserve that priviledge. However the rest of my team's identities are up to them to keep or reveal. With that being said we will not be wearing these hoods," as I said that Espiravit and myself simultaneously pulled down our hoods " As you can see we have masks. These masks are immovable by anyone who is not part of the team so it cannot be removed in battle. Anything else?"
A chorus of no's answered me and with that I dismissed the meeting.

By the end of the meeting my team had set up our quarters. Our ship uses a power spell to transform into a houselike structure. It mimmiced the architecture of the cabins as to fit in but ours is so much more special. The ship contains everything our team requires including rooms, bathrooms, training rooms, meeting room where we get out debriefings, room of requirement which changes size based on the function and a kitchen. You may not think that this is much however the entire thing is run by a computerlike sentient being. Before we believed she was magic, we later learnt that her race just understood a higher level of science than most races could ever understand. There are no limits as to what can be done in our ship and we constantly explore its limits. Intelligentia, our sentient ai as we call her loves watching us do these things and sometimes even joins us in a semicorporeal body which she creates with the air molecules. Walking into the ship I was met with everyone just lounging as I guess they waited for Espiravit and myself to return.

"Get into the meeting room for a formal debriefing."

My team as efficient as ever filed into the meeting room and into their designated seats.

"So this mission is not so different to the multitude that we had done before. We have just spoken with the camp leaders. They were informed of the upcoming procedure. As usual the first week we just watch to see the problem areas before we make our changes. After we will split up mostly in pairs to teach them new techniques and basically get them battle ready. Eruit you have always been a master at swordmanship. You and Macredina will be working closely with the campers in the arena to hone their short range battle skills. Passionis, I would like you to work in the forge to help upgrade their weaponry with Reliquiae. Imolavit, you will work closely with the children of Apollo and anyone else who is interested and train them with long range strategies beyond just the bow and arrow. Imperium you can join her in this task. Radicibus with the help of Cogitatio you are to build detailed obstacle courses to provide a real challenge for the campers. Somnium you will sub in when needed but i will most likely have you trying to hone the abilities of the demigods. Espiravit and myself will speak battle strategies with the leaders and will pass on all necessary information to you all. When we are not with the leaders we will help with the training much like Somnium. Last but certainly not least Incantor you and I need to speak privately. Any questions?"

"Do we have to keep on our masks because this thing is practically stifling and I'd really hate to have to train in it," piped up Cogitatio

"Revealing of your identities are left up to the individual. I will keep mine private for reasons that I will tell you later on if you wish to know. I suspect that Espiravit will do the same for similar reasons. Lady Chaos did say that the campers are more likely to trust and work with you if they can see your face. For those of you who previously lived here and died on good term it is a great idea to let them know who you are. They will be more open with you and in turn trust the team more.  Eruit, you too have the choice whether or not you reveal like anyone else but with your past with this camp I do advise precaution. You guys know the usual, our training routine and diet does not change. You choose whether or not you choose to interact with the campers outside of training. You can bring whomever you please to the ship. If nothing else then Incantor may we speak?"
