Tamaki's eyes fluttered open and to his surprise he saw his one true love snuggled into his side, showing a small smile Tamaki leaned down and kissed his head causing Kyoya to moan but he kept his eyes closed. Tamaki laughed a little before tapping Kyoya's cheek repeatably like a child trying to get candy from their mam. Finally opening his eye, Kyoya spoke softly "Tamaki ? What time is it?" Tamaki smiled "9:50 ... Why are you snuggled into me?" Kyoya looked at Tamaki with eyes full of confusion "What do you mean why ? I'm always snuggled into you". Tamakis eyes shot wide open "Kyoya, what's the last thing you remember ?" Kyoya now looking like a lost puppy quickly spoke "Going to the shops to get some cough medicine yesterday ... Tamaki your freaking me out". Tamaki's once happy smile fell of his face "Kyoya ... that was almost two month and a half ago" Kyoya shot up off the couch "What ! Your joking with me right ?" Tamaki stood up "Get dressed Kyoya, We need to go back to the doctors " Kyoya nodded and followed Tamaki to their bedroom.
The doctor walked into the room. He had no emotion on his face, not even a fake smile. The doctor spoke very calmly "Mr Suoh, Mr Ootori. According to Kyoya's results it seems that Kyoya has a small case of amnesia. It might sound and look bad but since it's such a small case it shouldn't last long" Tamaki only just getting his words out "Wh- How long?" The doctor put the notes down "Mr Suoh we don't know, It's estimated between a week to 3 months" Kyoya and Tamaki were both speechless, They listened to the doctor in deafening silence as well as the car journey home.
They walked into the house, Kyoya walked to the couch and sat down as if he would never be able to do it again, He stared into space while racing his fingers through his hair. Tamaki walked over and sat down, Taking his hand Tamaki spoke warmly "Are you okay?" Kyoya showed a small smile but it fell soon after "Yea-no". Tamaki watched as the crystal like tear fall from his eye, Quickly whipping it away Tamaki spoke again "The doctor said it was only a small case and is normal for past coma patients, Kyoya everything will be fine" placing a kiss on his head. Kyoya nodded and spoke with a rusty voice "Tamaki, Promise me you wont tell anyone at school ... I can't handle everyone treating me different, everyone staring at me, everyone talking about me. Tamaki please, Please -" Tamaki spoke over him at then end "I promise love, What ever you need to recover from this I will do" Kyoya looked at Tamaki with worried eyes but still leaned close to be able to kiss him, Tamaki's hand on the back of his head pushing him into the kiss more. Once they pulled away Kyoya claimed "I love you" Tamaki smiled and his grip on Kyoya's hand grew tighter "I love you too".
