20 minutes after Tamaki's sudden disappearance, Kyoya is freaking out, walking in circles, not looking at anyone but his phone trying to get a hold of him. Suddenly his phone binged. He thought this noise would make him happy but what he read made him break.
Tamaki: Tamaki's in bad shape, you better find him quick before I decide to take this further XD
Suddenly Kyoya chucked his phone across the room and it smashed against one of the pots of roses. All eye's where set on Kyoya, watching intensely, trying to figure out what just happened. Kyoya ran out the room and into the clubs meeting room and was soon followed by the remaining hosts. Haruhi steps closer to him in a comforting way "Kyoya calm down, Tell us what happened and we can help ... Is it Tamaki?" Kyoya quickly wiped a tear from his eyes and turned around and faced the other hosts with a fire furious face. "I'm going to tell you something but you have to promise me you wont tell anyone else this ... 2 years ago tamaki was almost killed by Umehito" Everyone looked shocked and scared, Everyone but Hikaru, The anger in Hikaru's face was to the next level. Clutching his fists Hikaru spoke "Kyoya ... where is Tamaki" Kyoya felt all the eyes on him again and spoke trying to not burst out crying "I got a text from his phone, it said ... Tamaki's in bad shape, you better find him before i decide to take this further ... I think Umehito got him ... again". Kyoya looked broken, everyone could see his dark mysterious characteristics have sunk to ravel this broken soul. Mori moved to his side and out his hand on the shaken shoulder "We need to go and find him, everyone split up and cheek every room, every floor, even the roof if you have too. No one takes the prince from us!" some people shared some smiles and some fled out the room as fast as they could.
After a good 10 minutes of looking, Hikaru opens and jammed door with a kick, raveling Tamaki's body laid on the floor not moving. He's covered in blood. He's covered in bruises. Hikaru runs into the room and slides on the floor next to Tamaki, holding his hand next to his neck and listened out for a heart beat. He had a pulse. A weak, weak pulse. Hikaru pushed the hair out of Tamaki's eyes and rubbed his hand gently against the biggest bruise on Tamaki's chest as he spoke "Tamaki ... We will end this, Your safe now. Kyoya is waiting for you, just hold on". Hikaru started to untie his hand when Umehito walked out from the dark "Hikaru, I wasn't expecting you".
Standing quickly,Hikaru turned and faced Umehito's laughing face "Umehito, how could you do this to him?" Umehito laugh's more "Why? Because he's a huge fag ... But I guess you don't care about that do you. I mean It could just as easily been kaoru laid here" The anger grew in the atmosphere of the room when " You disgusting piece of shit " echoed through the room from Hikaru as he swung his fist to Umehito's jaw. Umehito whipped away the blood from his lip "Ouch that hurt. Don't tell me you actually care about the prince ? Oh wait, Do you have feelings for him too?" Hikaru let out a small smile "Not in hell, Tamaki is one of my best friends, no he's one of my brothers so If you think you can talk me out of protecting him anyway I can you are so wrong" Umehito smiled and shot a killer glare at him "Anything?" and suddenly showed the knife in his hand.
Umehito shot forward towards Hikaru, the knife slit across his arm sending an scratching pain through the room But it didn't stop Hikaru from kicking him in the chest sending him down to the ground. Umehito stood back up and grabbed Hikarus blazer and push him against the lit up table and held the sharp kitchen knife to his neck "You should keep away from situations that don't include you , nighty night" and went to slit his throat but Hikaru managed to grab a near by candle and chuck it at Umehito. The candle wax blinding one of his eyes and the fire burnt his hand making him drop the knife. Unexpectedly, Hikaru picked up the knife and held it towards Umehito "Leave now, I'm not afraid to use this on diseased souls like you" Umehito looked at him in disbelief when Hikaru came charging towards him, Umehito dodged the knife and laughed "Your just like me " before vanishing out the door.
Even with his arm still bleeding out, Hikaru managed to untie Tamaki and pick him up with all the pain it caused him. He managed to carry him all the way back to the host room to see Kyoya when suddenly He collapsed from his wound . Kyoya looked at the both of them and ran to their sides "Hikaru, Tamaki what happened ... Please be okay" Kyoya picked up Tamaki and laid him on one of the couches while Mori picked up Hikaru and took him to one of the tables and started to treat the wound. Kyoya whipped some of the blood off Tamaki's head before resting his head on the others "Tamaki love, you are okay, Your okay now. Open your eyes love, I'm here for you". Hikaru's eyes fluttered opened and he walked over to Kyoya and Tamaki "Kyoya ... I'm sorry. Umehito fled before I could do anythi-" Suddenly Kyoya hugged Hikaru "You brought him back to me, Thank you Hikaru". Hikaru hugged him back before noticing his brother walk through the door and charge towards him, they shared a small kiss and hugged till they couldn't anymore.
Kyoya sat back down at Tamaki's side and held his hand tight when a memory flashed in his head of Tamaki laying in the hospital bed after the car accident making Kyoya finally cry. "Why are you crying?" the soft voice made Kyoya's eyes shot open to see Tamaki's weak smile. Kyoya quickly hugged him and even though it hurt, Tamaki hugged back. Kyoya picked up Tamaki "I'm taking you home" and thanked the hosts for their help before going to leave the room. Suddenly he felt a hand grab his arm and looked to see it was Hikaru, Hikaru still had death glare towards them as he spoke "promise me you will take this as a lesson, Do not let Umehito get away with it" Kyoya nodded and left the room.
Tamaki was now laid on the bed, looking at Kyoya's back since he was sat up not looking at him. Tamaki went to speak when he suddenly heard a small quiet cry escape Kyoya's lips. ignoring the pain, Tamaki sat up to tackle Kyoya down and they snuggled up together "Kyoya ? Why are you crying ... I'm okay, You saved me" Kyoya spoke "I didn't save you, Hikaru did. Tamaki i'm so sorry ! I said I would look after you, protect you. But he still managed to hurt you. I promised you. He's not getting away this time and that's a promise I will not let break" Tamaki softened the atmosphere by smiling and kissing Kyoya's lips softly before looking into his dark mysterious eyes "Even though you didn't find me today doesn't mean you didn't save me. You were the one I told my story too, Your the one I love, If I didn't tell you about my past I have no idea where I would be right now. Kyoya you saved me, You saved me when we met. I love you" Kyoya showed a smile "I love you too Tamaki"
