Lost in thought, Tamaki stood looking out the window at the paused scenery, Tapping is fingers against the kitchen counter. Anne waltzes into the room and not to her surprise sees her son frozen in time. She put down her handbag and walks up to him "Tamaki, for the past month all you have done is look out that window" Tamaki snapped back into reality "sorry mam ... I can see the hill from here, you know the one in the graveyard" Anne moved closer to her son and rubs his arm "Tamaki darling, give him some space" Tamaki looking back out the window "I know mam but he's been gone for a month now, he hasn't returned any of my calls or texts and hasn't been to school ... I'm just worried and I miss him and don't forget court is tomorrow" she moved closer and hugged him "Tamaki he will be their" Anne smiled and walked off.
Tamaki smiled and picked up his phone going to text Kyoya but Anne snatched it from him. "Tamaki I love you but you've got to understand how ignorant you are being towards him right now ! He asked him for space so give it to him. Move from the center stage and think what Kyoya might be feeling right now, he's having a mid life crises at 17 and he has been through more than we can understand. Tamaki Im saying this to show how much I care but grow up a little and leave the poor boy alone. You will see him tomorrow, he promised and he keeps them" and laughed a little before walking away to Hide Tamaki's phone. Tamaki smiled and shouted "thanks mam I love you" and tan up the stairs to his room.
Unintentionally slamming the door behind him, Tamaki rushed into his room and paced around the room before swiping the desk in front of him. Calming down from being mad at himself, he looked at the mess he had just created and noticed the lucky photo frame that didn't shatter. He picked it up and sat down on the bed looking at it. It made him smile. He watched one tear fall onto it as he moved to lay down on his bed and hugged the photo as he fell into a deep sleep.

The following day Tamaki was sat with Anne in the gloomy Court room watching as the trail begun. Tamaki eyes grew when Umehito entered the room with cuffs on. Tamaki was physically shaking and Anne looked realy worried knowing Tamaki has a lot of panic attacks. However the atmosphere became safer when Kyoya walked into the room a little late and sat down next to Tamaki but he didn't notice being trapped in the trail. The only reason he did notice was that Kyoya wrapped his arm around Tamaki and grabbed his left hand, Tamaki head snapped away from the Trail to look at him. Kyoya's soft smile made Tamaki feel a million times better and smiles "you came" Kyoya smiled "of course I promised I would be their for you" and then turned to watched the trail.
Growing closer to the end of the trail the judge was talking about the time he could end up serving. But one sentence stuck out to Tamaki. Out of no where the judge said "the lowest amount being 12 years" Anne was the happiest she has ever looked. Kyoya his his smile but he couldn't of have been happier but Tamaki was frozen with shock. His heartbeat increasing at a rapid speed. His body tempter increasing by the second. He could feel his sight disappearing, he quickly stud up and walked out the room and leaped into the bathrooms. Anne and Kyoya looked at each other, Anne went to stand up to go after him but Kyoya sat her back down and walked out the room after Tamaki.
Memories flashing into Kyoya's eyes, he could see Tamaki struggling to breath again like before, seeing him shiver and unable to concentrate growing weak. Kyoya ran up to him "Tamaki!" And quickly undid his tie and unbuttoned his shirt to help his breathing before pulling him into a tight embrace soothing his back "Tamaki you are okay, I'm here" Kyoya could feel Tamaki's breathing slow down so he stepped back to see Tamaki's bright red face and said "Th-Thank you" their was an awkward tension between them as the looked each other, Kyoya trying his best not to look at Tamaki's expose chest.
Surprisingly, Kyoya broke first and smiled "hey" Tamaki laughed a little "your back" and Kyoya also laughed "yeah I'm back". Tamaki ran closer to him and grabbed his hand "Kyoya I'm so sorry for not being their for you, being to conserved about myself and what was going on in my life and forgetting about yours. I'm so sorry I wasn't their for you when I should have been and I understand if you don't want to be my boyfriend anymore " Kyoya laughed "shut up" and pulled Tamaki Into a tight embrace " you might be on a high horse Tamaki but I love you too much to let you run off without me" Tamaki smiled "I love you too" and connected their lips. Kyoya watched as Tamaki buttoned back ul his shirt before Kyoya put his tie on for him "come on lets go up and see what happened" .
Tamaki and Kyoya walked up to Anne holding hands, Tamaki leaving into him when they stopped. Anne smiled "good to se you Kyoya. The trail is over but we need to celebrate because Umehito his going away for 14 years for attempted murder and an extra 2 for sexual assault" they all smiled with glee before waltzing out the building and headed home.
