Chapter 24

Liam's P.O.V.

I just called Cooper to tell him what's going on and he said he would be over as soon as possible but it might take little while because of the snow. I told the boys what he said and now I'm sitting on the couch looking out the window. McKenna comes over and sits down next to me.

"I know you're beyond worried about her, we all are. But you know Kylie. She's the best agent I know and she'll be able to get herself out of whatever kind if situation she's in. Once Cooper gets here we'll start working on finding her right away. I promise we'll get her home safe." She says to me but all I do is nod. She leans over and kisses my cheek then stands up and walks away.

Kylie's P.O.V.

"Michael. Michael Smith." I whisper.

About a year back I was on a mission with McKenna to kill Michael Smith. He's on America's most wanted list because he's killed and raped over 100 women. We had finally found him but he was with his family. His name was never released to the press when the killings started to happen because the CIA got involved and we didn't want him to run so his family didn't know what he did. Long story short, we killed his family by accident and he got away.

"That's me. You probably only thing I have you here because of you killing my family last year which is part of it but I'm also Mr. X. That night I was trying to kill Liam to get back at you and kill someone you love and care about but Harry got in the way so I decided to take out him but you being the good little person you are, jumped in front of the bullet to save him. So instead of trying to kill someone you care about I decided to just kill you but do it as slowly as possible." He says with a smirk.

"You're not going to do anything to me. I work for the CIA, they will come find me." I say, trying to would confident.

"They have no way of finding you, love. I actually came down here to take your tracking device out." He says and pulls out a knife from his pocket.

I try to pull on the restraints but they're too strong to get out off. I start screaming for help but I'm somewhere under the ground where no one can hear me.

Michael comes over to my side and takes my wrist in his tight grasp. He presses the knife against my wrist and digs into my skin. I scream out again and again as the knife goes deeper and deeper. He finally stops moving the knife and pulls out the small little chip and pulls the knife out letting blood pool out of my wrist. He drops the chip on the ground and steps on it a few times so it's all crushed up.

"I'll cover your little cut there so you won't bleed out. I'm not done with you yet." Michael says and reaches over to my t-shirt and rips a piece off of it then ties it tightly around the cut.

"I'll be back soon. Don't miss me too much." He says and licks the side of your face from my jaw up making me feel absolutely disgusting.

Then he finally walks away from me and goes out the door he came in, locking it with a key.

Liam's P.O.V.

Cooper just got here and we're all now in the basement. He's trying to find her tracking device but whoever has her probably took it out.

"I found her car. It's still in the parking lot of the grocery store. But I hacked into the store's security cameras and saw that her trunk is wide open. I rewound the video and well I'll just show you." Cooper says.

We all look up to the computer screen and watch two men in all black coming up behind Kylie as she puts away things in her car. One of the men stabs her arm with something before she has a chance to fight back. She instantly falls back and they drag her away to a black van where they shove her in and quickly pull out of the lot.

"The video is too blurry to see who the men are or what the license plate number is. I'll keep working on it though." He says and goes back to work.

"Is there anything I can do?" I ask Cooper who looks at me.

"What you need to do right now is try to relax and have some faith in McKenna and I. We will find Kylie, Liam. I promise. Go take the boys back upstairs and try to do something that'll distract you all. I'll call you if I need anything." He says and I sigh but nod and do what he says.

Please Kylie, wherever you are, come home to me safely.

I'm so sorry for the long wait for an update. I feel like a horrible person. These last few months have been pretty stressful with school, track started, and some drama. School ends in late June for me so once summer starts I'll try to update more but I'm really busy this summer. Until then I'm going to try to update more often too.

I'm thinking there's going to be about 10 more chapters probably but that's not definite.
