Chapter 6- Please Wake Up

Liam's P.O.V.

Kylie's eyes close. She's unconscious. That's not good. She's losing to much blood. The bullet must be really deep in her shoulder. Everyone is screaming. I apply more pressure to her shoulder but the blood is seeping through my shirt fast. I rip my undershirt of quickly and put that over the first shirt.

"One of you boys, give me your shirt now!" I scream at the boys who seem to have froze.

Harry took his shirt off fast and handed it to me. I wrapped it around her shoulder doing the wrap I was taught when I was still a CIA agent.

"Liam how is she doing?!" Paul says rushing over to my side.

"Not good. She's unconscious and losing more blood by the second. We need to get her to a hospital now before it's too late." I say frantically.

I pick Kylie up bridal style supporting her shoulder.

"Liam give her to me. I'll carry her while you apply pressure to it." Harry says while taking her out of my arms.

There is blood all over me but I don't care. All I care about is getting Kyles help. Harry and I rush backstage. It's hard to walk fast while pressing down on her shoulder but we get it down.

We go to the back door to wait for the ambulance. The boys have unfroze and are following us. Paul is with us too with a lot more bodyguards.

"The ambulance is stuck in too much traffic. There are too many cars and they won't move out of the way. Everyone in the van we're driving." Paul says.

We run to the van and jump in. A police car is in front of us with there siren on so cars move out of the way. We reach the hospital in 5 minutes.

Harry jumps out of the car with me right next to him. We rush through the hospital doors.

"We need help now! She got shot in the shoulder and is losing a lot of blood. She's unconscious too!" I say to the nurses at the front desk.

"What blood type is she in case we need to give her some?" One nurse asks.

"Um O negative." I say fast.

They jump up and get a bed. Harry places her down gently but i still apply pressure.

"I'm sorry sir but you can't go passed this point. We'll take it from here." A nurse tells me.

"No I'm not leaving her side." I refuse.

"Sir she needs to be operated on now. You have to leave." She says more forcefully.

I sigh but reluctantly move out of the way. I make my way back to the front where everyone is. I don't even notice the blood all over me or the tears falling down my face.

The boys pull me into a hug. We all are crying silently. After a few minutes we pull away. We take a seat in the waiting room and wait. Niall sits on one side of me and Harry sits on the other. Zayn sits next to Niall and Louis sits next to Harry.

I must have fallen asleep because the next thing I know is I'm being shaken awake by someone.

"Liam! Liam wake up! Kylie is out if surgery!" Harry said.

That wakes me up immediately. I spring out of my chair.

"What room is she in?!" I say.

"Room 547." A nurse tells me.

She motions that she'll bring me there. We take the elevator up to the fifth floor and walk down the hallway to her room. I barge into her room and go to her side fast.

She's so pale. She looks so fragile in the hospital bed. She's never looked so broken before.

I grab her hand and squeeze it. I know I have blood all over me and all over my hands but I don't care. The boys are now here with me too.

Then there's a knock on the door. It opens a few seconds later. Cooper walks in.

"Cooper? I know I texted you a couple of hours ago but I didn't think you would make it here that fast." I say surprised.

After Kylie went into surgery I had texted Cooper telling him what happened and he said he would get a flight here. But he was all the way in Montana and we're in New York. I don't know he got her so fast.

"Well I have my ways." He says and winks at me.

Ah right. CIA agent.

"How is she?" He asks coming over to my side.

"I don't know. A doctor hasn't told me yet." I reply.

Right when I say that, a doctor walks in.

"Hi. Are you Liam Payne?" He asks me.

"Yes I am."

"Well Kylie is fine now. She lost a lot of blood though and we had to a transfusion. The bullet went in really deep so that made things worse. It also hit her collarbone somehow and broke that. When she wakes up she's going to be in a lot of pain I can tell you that." He says.

"When should she wake up?" I ask.

"It should be in the next couple of hours but I can't be sure. She did lose a lot of blood..." The doctor says trailing off at the end.

I nod my head and try to hide my tears. The doctor leaves shutting the door behind him.

"Hey boys um we need to have a little talk. Why don't we give Liam some alone time with his sister." Cooper says to the other boys.

I give him a questioning look.

"I have to tell them now." He whispers so only I can hear him.

I nod my head knowingly. I wonder how they're going to take that Kyles is a spy? Guess well find out.

The boys leave with Cooper leaving me alone with Kylie.

"I know I haven't been the best brother to you ever but I'm sorry for all of that. I love you Kylie. Please wake up...I can't afford to lose you again..." I say to her even though I know she can't hear me.

Dun dun dunnnnn.......Kylie is in the hospital...Liam doesn't want to lose her again? Ooo what does that mean? Haha guess you'll have to wait and find out what that means!!

Kinda of a filler but next chapter the boys will find out she's a spy and all that jazz. I'll try to update by Friday! But no promises.
